Duke Street Medical Centre is seeking a motivated and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our growing team in Grafton NSW

About the Role
You will work closely with our doctors, practice team, and patients to support the delivery of high-quality clinical care in a fast-paced general practice environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within a general practice setting
- Assist with clinical procedures and patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support treatment room duties and day-to-day nursing workflows
- Uphold infection control, compliance, and patient safety standards
- Work collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals, and administration staff
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration as an RN or EN in Australia
- Previous medical practice or primary care experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A professional, punctual, and reliable approach
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical standards
- Confidence in documentation, organisation, and patient follow-up
