We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Commercial and Property teams. We are seeking someone who enjoys working collaboratively, building strong relationships and contributing to a supportive team environment.
Working across both teams, you play an important role in the day-to-day management of matters, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues while contributing to the delivery of the high-quality service for which Mellor Olsson is known.
Working across both the Commercial and Property teams, you will undertake a range of activities including:

Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence

Providing broad administrative support such as diary management and e-filing
-
Assisting with the incorporation of companies
-
Maintaining electronic files, document control and matter administration
-
Communicating with and supporting clients
-
Assisting with billing processes and file management activities
-
Entering and managing conveyancing transactions in PEXA.
You are a capable legal support professional who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and brings empathy and professionalism to client interactions. To be considered, you will have:

Previous legal administration experience is highly regarded

Strong organisational and time management skills

High attention to detail and pride in accurate document production

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
A proactive, “can-do” approach and confidence to take initiative
-
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
-
Previous experience with a legal practice management system (such as Affinity) and PEXA is advantageous.
