Very bad work experience, being scolded and bullied every day,bad manager, When I went to work, it was Estershows' busy season. After a month and a half, when it was no longer busy, they started to scold me and find fault every day. No matter whether you did the right thing or not, they could always find a reason to scold you. This is a very bad corporate culture. Managers think that cursing, insulting, and bullying people is a sign of their entitlement. I strongly do not recommend working in such an environment. I am now traumatized.

None!!!! Underpaid and horrible management

The  manager will keep swearing….

Really busy and nobody cares you :)

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When I first started working in the shop, I would get yelled at all the time because I wasn't familiar with the product names

Only Chinese employees, not foreign employees
Salary is divided into cash and remittance, but the salary is still low and the increase is very small. The working environment is quite clean, but the salary is really not very good.
Recently, the system has been changed. The number of new employees is only 38 hours a week, and there will be no more.

Some senior employees habitually bully new staff, creating an extremely poor corporate atmosphere. This is the kind of environment where constant work is expected, regardless of customer presence. Even when all tasks are completed, idleness is not permitted; continuous work is mandatory.

I was not paid at the minimum wage and was also paid in cash, and along with no super benefits, although I am an Australian Permanent Resident. Also, the working environment was really pressurizing and stressful.

Hardest part of the job is the different jobs you're expected to do; none of them have any real merit unless you're looking for a lifetime job in sushihub.

I wont ever recommend this job to my love one, if someone recommend to you they  dont like you, low pay high expectation, some of the managers they just speak only Chinese ,work at minimize people on every shifts, more than enough for this, good luck 🤢

The workplace environment is so bad if you’re not able to speak fluent Chinese. Managers are okay but coworkers are so rude. Pay is horrible but you get to bring free sushi home if you do a closing shift

People are generally nice but depends on which branch you are working at. Pay is fair with annual leave and sick leave. But you are not allowed to take any rest though there is no customer
