I just stay for two days in castel hills office the deal with employee and it’s a worse ever. it’s  it’s   call centre they put head phone on your head for 8 hrs or more.
the work load it’s crazy 650 scheduling a week!!!!
no laptop to work from home home and no mobile ( the phone through the computer) it’s call centre.
then the management lie. They say I don’t start and no need to pay but the good in this case they keep pay me for 4 weeks by mistake due the poor management and bad communication they have.


- Job is stressful
-Management always pretends like they care and want to help out but when helps requested, they silent
- Finance managers are the root of the problem of why many people left
-Performance review was late which was unbelievable
- Pay is a joke and annual salary raise is even less than national inflation rate


I was expected to be more of a cleaner than a support worker. With that clients would force me to use bleach and to lift heavy objects. I ended up with a work injury. Management would not care and only care about a getting clients with big home care package. Do avoid as it is an toxic culture

The most enjoyable part of the job is working in the community & assisting lovely clients,
The work place didn’t have a good culture- too many changes of staff, ie staff didn’t stay in the job for very long.  



Not enough hours, low hourly rate, a lot of driving to out of my residential area, therefore not making much due to fuel consumption.
The clients are great once you have the same ones regularly. 
The staff turnover is phenomenal to say the least, so bonding with other staff hardly ever happens.
I am hanging in for the company to change for better.

Under new management who know what they are doing. The more you are willing to travel, the more hours you will receive. Essentially have own car as it is a Home and Community setting. You will be doing Personal Care, Domestic Cleaning, Domestic Assistance, Transport etc

Poor management and a lot of bullying.
Workload is excessive and therefore client complaints are excessive and works like a call centre.high staff turnover and it was impossible to provide a good service.

Client load unattainable to maintain 
Extremely poor orientation 
Ridiculous parking fee $45 day 
Regular abuse from family due to company’s  inability to service HCO clients properly chronic shortage of  care staff 

It's a nice company to work with. Especially the team leader in my time. She was very nice and caring. But the only  thing I didn't like was not enough hours to work forthrightly. But  If I'm giving the opportunity to work as a support worker again, I will definitely work with this same company.

My role covering after hours allows me great work life balance ability to work from home has be advantageous. They use good scheduling programs and technologies that assist both support staff and office staff.
