From the begging of the raising day, we line all the activities up for our group to know and put emphasis over important events such as difficult works.

It seems that this part, it is in the cluster of important chores, due to learning is shared by different points of view of colleges. Afterwards, you are able to summarize and to explain to develop them properly. That means, you are a leader on that activity.

Expressing ideas and funnel them into the group it is probably, the most difficult part, because It can not make mistakes. Some of them can not have solution and the result could be fatal. Nevertheless, at the same time, when you funnel ideas and you share among people is the best by far. You can notice that your words create reasonable understanding.

Good work colleagues. Staff etc. Didn't like how I was treated. Got a transfer thru the company only to find out they lied about the transfer etc. Sold everything to move. Gave up my house etc. And when it was time to start my new area, they said there wasn't any work. So they contracted me of to another company. Then when I complained about it. They swept me under the rug. But didn't take long to find another company to work 4.

De yourself a favour avoid to work in this company, there is a high influence traffic that means you need to know someone or lick managers shoes to get extra time , beware of you payslip the always take time /money from your work . Supervisors are lazy as they have duties to do too they just lay down their own job to other staff to do it. No mentioning they come frequently in a very high alcohol influence.

There is no culture at this company, well understaffed by no where near enough Management for the contracts they cling on to, 18 hour days the norm. Backwards timesheet system manually inputted by contract managers, fine if you actually have contract managers....

Typical day was repetitive cleaning, I learnt about chemical Handling and colour coding, management would leave you alone, but would pitch in if needed, the hardest part of the job was all the heavy lifting and the best part was the hours and it was close to home

I will only work under my supervisor because she looks out for you and is honest and fair. She works just as hard as she asks you too. Management is always changing and do very little for their staff.

No communication or chance for improvement.  After ten years with this company they continue to be difficult to contact and no one seems to know what is going on with current contracts hence we are losing them.  They now expect me to travel 40kms for one hours work.

I learned to deal with the busy schedule at the place I do work. Managing daily work effectively helped me to think quick and react to the difficult situations well.

It was good to work for the building I was Cleaning their budget got cut so our hours got cut back lost over $250 a fortnight wasnt worth contuning with traveling and wasteing petrol 

I’m very happy to work with Menzies company. All the staff very friendly & no stress while working. They are paying on time. Hourly rate is good. I’m satisfied with them
