The experience of working as a crew member at McDonald's has been exciting and hectic. A sense of camaraderie is fostered by the team-oriented setting, and a supportive attitude is created by regular interaction with coworkers. The fast-paced nature of the work has helped me to strengthen my time management and multitasking abilities, which has aided in my overall professional development. Everyday highlights include interacting with customers, which offers chances to improve communication and customer service abilities. Particularly for students or those with other responsibilities, the flexible work schedule has proven advantageous. The physically taxing components of the work, such standing for extended periods of time and being in the heat, can be difficult. Although commensurate with entry-level positions, compensation may be deemed inadequate in contrast to other sectors. 

I love working with other peers in an restaurant, serving a customer is something that because at the end of the day they are happy depending if you set them up which is not me. Also i like working with multi culture people. Different people from different backgrounds is amazing to work with, especially when they tell you stories.But one thing i hate when working is that when your tired and there's a lot of people coming in and you have to serve them. Which i love, so i can put my skills into action. What i love about every restaurant is that they have reputation, and you have to show that to customers when they taking their orders. That is what i love about working, making customers happy and working with other peers.

. Working in the kitchen include cooking, washing and cleaning.
. Stocking and putting stuffs in order.
. Shift can be varied include Open, Lunch or closing.
. Trained how to work and achieve a friendly, professional and safe work environment.
. Learned and understood the procedures of the restaurant.
. Supportive and friendly colleagues.
. Managers are friendly enthusiastic and have good influence on the staff member.
. Working at busy hours is intense and requires high speed actions with minimum mistakes.
. Meeting new people and learn from them is the best part of the job.

As a staff member, management don't care about the individual.
Great first job for a highschooler looking for pocket money. But as soon as you want to live off of it, you're working ridiculous hours.
Specifically- if you cannot find someone to cover a shift, say for instance when University exams are looming, you recieve a strike. 3 and you're out, even if you try your best to cover your shift. Typically, head management doesn't understand any aspect of the job other than the stuff they did as an entry level. Many, Many of the staff, management included, don't even follow their own arbitrary rules, let alone actual food health and safety guidelines.

Typical days work as a kitchen area staff includes cooking the patties, frying the products, assembling burgers, washing dishes, mopping/sweeping floors, restocking ingredients.

Management was good, a majority of other staff were usually helpful.

Hardest part of the job is keeping up inventory and meeting orders during peak hours, quite stressful. Does also get quite mundane and repetitive after a while

Most enjoyable part of the job is the benefits.

Working here was pretty good, i mean it was my first job! 
A tyical day would be doing the same thing every day but at maccas it was always different!
i lernt alot about maccas and how to manage things and how it all works! Was a good expirence! i got along with everyone and maccas is the short of place were working in a tream helps. Nothing really about working there was hard it was pretty good!
the most enjoyable part of the job was making the customer happy it always made working there great!

Maccas undertrain staff then proceed to yell at the staff for not knowing what they hadnt been trained to do, poor dirty workspace with irritating beeping sounds followed by the screams of the rest of the employees, entirely a headache to work at such a place

It was my first job in my life. I had no idea what to do, but the staff were friendly and helped me a lot. Some members of the staff..... not so much. The job it self is a fast paced environment, so it was all a new experience to me.

it was average, pay wasn’t good, didn’t really talk to many of my coworkers, little to no training kinda just thrown in the deep end and expected to know what ur doing, always one junkie that would try coming in the store after we closed, customers were not the greatest

It wasn't anything great. Was a decent first job to start out with. The most enjoyable part of the job were the friends that you made. They are awesome! You learn a lot about working in a quick pace environment and completing tasks with a sense of urgency.
