Often lots of workshops and meetings. 
Can also involve site visits re operational assets.

When I first joined they were generally disorganized, and ill-prepared to do what they needed to do.
The Japanese Owners had never run a major project like this previously, and this was evident in some of their decision making.
Also, Japanese business views are counter to some Australian attitudes, which seemed to lead to occasional friction.
It is to be hoped that they have resolved a lot of this over the last few years?

Collaborative, 'green field' development which attracted staff from many different oil and gas companies in perth each with their own culture. It was a challenging and rewarding experience assisting in developing a corporate culture as part of the SAP business transformation project

General administrative duties and fortunate enough to work with various disciplines across the business. The team I worked with were knowledgable but also built a fun team environment.

Great place to work but be aware of cultural differences in senior management
Decisions made outside of meeting rooms, which if you are not used to can be an issue

A good company to work in especially if you have good connection with the senior memebers in the HQ.  Need to know how Japanese corporate decision making patterns in order to fully appreciate how important decisions  are made behind the scenes. 

Fantastic culture, good company, supportive team and bust schedule. Anyone working there are extremely lucky to be employed by such a supportive and exciting company.

Great money. Good management . Safety is a strong focus. Only issue is longevity of work. All clothes and POE supplied. Training also provided. Enjoyable experience

Great company to work for, enjoyed my time working for INPEX.
Full time employee, typical 8 hour day, most of the staff are great, enjoyable experience.
