Checking budgets, targets, and ensuring Managers, Supervisors and Team Leader's are maintaining the daily work operations.
Greeting Staff on the shop floor and checking housekeeping, safety practices.
Daily morning meetings with co-workers to resolve issues from the previous day on both shifts and to resolve issues to improve customer standards, including monitoring DIFOT's and inventory levels to have no stock outs, checking orders for the day and to plan accordingly.
Meeting with the 3rd Party Transport Contractor on daily and long distant truck requirements and negotiations on costs. 
Going through safety issues and learning about safety factors that Staff recognised and sent to through to the Safety Manager to attend to and to discuss in the next Safety meeting.
One on one meetings with the Staff to complete performance reviews which are ongoing to ensure that they are complete on time.
Traveling to the second site under my management to ensure all operational requirements and staff are following the daily operational requirements and attending meetings with the Operations Supervisor and Team Leader.
Obtaining delivery stats, inventory stats, customer complaints and safety stats to prepare a power point presentation for Senior Management meetings with financials on productivity, transport and operating costs, achievements, cost savings, over expenditures and safety incidents and where to improve on efficiencies and overall costs.
The most enjoyable part of the job is to see that safety incidents have decreased and to chair safety meetings with positive outcomes.
The hardest part of the job was an overflow of emails and phone calls which lead to long hours to ensure all work for that day was completed and that all planning was achieved and queries resolved, a clean slate for the next day.

Iplex Pipelines is a highly focused organisation that is under an international building leader. A typical day at work at Iplex is focused around producing accurate and factual pricing analysis from our database and maintaining pricing data over our National market sectors. In this role I have learned a great deal about commercial sales, teamwork and building professional working relationships. Iplex has been a good workplace to work for but I am looking to expand my current work experience into further developed roles for my Human Resources degree.

Onboarding was blasé and lacked anything resembling what an organisation of this size should have presented. Multiple requests for SOP relating to unsafe work practices brushed off. No semblance of formal training or sign off procedures for equipment or processes or anything! Surprisingly toxic culture for the small amount of crews. Treated like dirt largely due to the complete lack of anything resembling what setting a new employee up for success should look like.

Ignorance among co workers who deliberately make your work harder

5 out of 10...watch what you say and who you say it to because what goes around will come around.

General process of work to communicate while being productive and help out where possible

None at all , team leader/ leading hand are the same arrogant with bad attitude.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They don’t see their own mistakes,they don’t practice what they preach.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everything goes out the windows, culture, nothing but arrogance !

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Do your part and go home every day is a bad day, hippo creates is what they are.

With in the distribution team the work load is fast paced with up to 23 semi day plus 20 or more local deliverys on body trucks each day.
getting these loaded safely and out the door takes team work and these guys have that down pat.
Fun place to learn new skill sets with a great team of people.

enjoyable work place, with flexible break times that suit the machine operated for the shift that you are on at the time, two shifts one week five shifts the next week , this gives good home time.

Very happy to work there. Great ppl good environment easy work.
Would love to get more hours but very quiet at the moment, 
Arrive at work get told machines I'll be working on and start my shift
