typical day includes prepping, pouring and finishing concrete slabs. learning how to work with different concrete types. including exposed ag, finishing floors for polishing, finishing residential footpaths, understanding different strength concrete. pouring retaining walls, curved walls, footpaths. very friendly workplace culture where everyone is there as apart of a team. making everyday much easier with everyone always putting in their 100%.

Great company to work for, flexible with other commitment that you may have on. The down fall was the work culture. Too many people would slack off and make the job hard for everyone else.

Great place to work get to work all around different locations. Get to see some remote work areas as well . The management is encouraging as is the staff and it’s a friendly safe work habits in place

it was hard working but i enjoy hard work and the management was really good and cared about the safety of others,, i love working outdoors and being a hard worker

Got along well with everyone was a good grew to work with just ran out of work , would most deffinatly go back to work with them if more work came up .

Working as a concreter is hard work but can go fairly quickly when working together. It was a great work environment because we all knew each other. The hardest park was waking up early.

Great group of people to work with and socialize with. had a few issues with my pay and the work wasnt all that secure. all in all still a great company to work for..

Start a new job when I do only takes someone to show me once or twice before I know how to do the job or if someone is on the explaining the job still is the same thing
