Managment, is a disaster, they dont hire staff and give the actual staff triple work 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The workplace environment is steeped in toxicity, marked by patterns of abusive behavior and an overarching atmosphere of negativity. This detrimental environment detrimentally impacts employee well-being and undermines productivity and morale.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Feeling a sense of dread or anxiety about what lies ahead. As you start your day, you may encounter hostility or passive-aggressive behavior from supervisors. Communication may be strained, with gossip and backstabbing prevalent among managers .Throughout the day, you may feel constantly on edge, walking on eggshells to avoid triggering negative reactions from others. Any attempts to voice concerns or suggest improvements may be met with dismissiveness or even retaliation. By the end of the day, you might feel mentally and emotionally drained, questioning your value and whether enduring such a toxic environment is worth it.

Zouki is a Chauvinistic environment catering company run by 3 brothers that promise you the world & give the oposite the woman do all the work in this company & the men get all the benefits you will find the males are either supervisors or managers & love given orders which are carried out by the female personal.  Everyone are two faced & talk behind each others back hoping to get a promotion that never happens, you never get paid for public holidays.i worked for this company for 2yrs & was asked if i would please do them a favour by working at North shore hospital for only 2wks this turned into a year & a half i was manager, cook, barista, accountant, they even had me carrying cash on public transport for them & was still classed as a casual even though i was doing 60hr week at $21.00 an hour i was very gullable i asked for two weeks off the only time i Ever took off & in return had my hours reduced to 8hrs a week SHAMEFULL.

The worst place to work at. They provide you with this story of how you can grow and the benefits you will have. A few weeks later, you work like a slave , they expect you to do everything and you are overseen by so called 'managers" who have no management qualifications or skills. They do not care about staff as they say in their 'hospitality philosophy". The management is rude, they have no communication skills and do not let me talk about how they treat the staff. Customers were always complain of how the company treat their staff. Never ever again I will step foot in that company

My typical day at work there was great as I was always learning new things to do. learned how to make sandwiches, coffee and food! The management is alright not very corporative though. The workplace culture is not the best as some of the employees don't like helping if you're struggling with something. The hardest part of the job would be when it gets extremely busy and the cashiers are all being used, the most enjoyable part of the job was that I was learning.

From day one it was challenging due to poor management. You are not respected as a person and they make you feel like your a puppet they pull the strings and you must move . The management has no idea how to lead a team and be a good example. Big promises but all talk and no action mostly a bunch of male chauvinists.
Highly recommend you stay away .
The only reason Zouki is doing well is because it’s in a hospital and people don’t have a choice.

I was appaled when I heard that in Isabelle is a so called manager with no management skills who fires staff members on the spot just because they are not available on the days he preffers them to work...It happened on a few ocassions. He is rude, is never there and treats his staff members as rubbish. Zouki needs to look into who they employ, their reputation is sinkin

Everyday at work is stressful I want to find that place where I can feel secure and happy to show up to work everyday. 
Hardest part of the Huon is feeling like you can’t talk to the person who’s meant to try to help you through all the hard stuff.

At MAC I loved working for a company where my beliefs were matched with theirs. MAC provided me with many opportunities to improve my customer service skills and Makeup-Artistry. 

I have recently moved to Sydney and had to leave my job at MAC but I am looking for a similar role with better career progression.

I think, when a company has job openings, you have to question 'Why?'. is it due to increase in business demand? is it due to staff leaving due to retirement?.... with zouki, there is only 1 reason.... its due to terrible treatment of staff! either pay, bullying, micro management, zouki has it all!

I love work in a team and i am a team player as well

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Their is no stressful part but if i would i would definitely say lazy person working in an energetic team
