A typical day at work:
No two days are the same. My day usually mixes admin, marketing, systems, and team support. There’s always something happening, but in a good way — it’s busy with purpose, not chaos.

What I believe I learned:
I’ve learned a lot about communication, organisation, and how important it is to keep both participants and the team supported. I also learned that good systems and good people together really make a difference.

Management:
Management is approachable and human. You can talk openly, suggest ideas, and ask questions. There’s trust and space to improve things — it doesn’t feel rigid or cold.

Workplace culture:
The culture is one of the best parts. It really feels like a team, not just coworkers. People care about each other, check in, help out, and celebrate wins together. The core values — respect, reliability, and integrity — are actually lived day to day, not just written somewhere.

The hardest part of the job:
Sometimes the pace is fast and there are many moving parts at once, especially balancing admin and marketing priorities — but the team supports each other and that helps a lot.

The most enjoyable part of the job:
Seeing the real impact of what we do. Whether it’s helping a participant, supporting a worker, or improving a process — you can see the results. Also, the team environment — there’s professionalism, but also laughter and good energy.

I work as a cleaner, and the employer offered me employment. I could select the one that best fit my schedule.

The organization taught me a lot of things, like how to properly engage with customers, understand their needs, and realize that every customer has a unique need for cleaning services.

Time management is crucial for cleaners; being on time ensures that clients are satisfied with the services.

My personal experiences have shown me that the workplace is quite safe and that there are never any issues.

Since I started working for this organization, I have never experienced the challenging aspects of my profession

The most enjoyable part of the jobs are:

when you meet a kind client who respects you, understands what you're doing, makes you feel at ease while you're working, and communicates well with you.

My partner and I have been with Your Helpers Home services for 4 years now and we couldn’t recommend them enough. We get to choose our flexibility which is great to balance home and work life and the staff are always on call for support, advice and  they actually listen to you with your concerns or anything else you need. The hardest part of working with in ndis would be dealing with mental health but in saying that you do have such beautiful clients to work with.  

The company finds you the guaranteed jobs and assigns them to you ongoing and allocated to Your chosen day to work

East to use portal where you enter job notes / feedback and where you generate invoices and you receive prompt weekly payments for the work you have undertaken the previous week.

Very supportive team of industry professionals. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

The most enjoyable part of the job is the reward of happy clients when you have completed their requested tasks that they were unable to do themselves.

There is no hard part of the job very enjoyable with great flexibility 

It’s a job that you can tailored on how many hours will suits you practically you work for yourself. I find it rewarding and meet different people knowing that they appreciate your help. The management is very approachable and always happy to help. Each clients is different under any circumstances I learnt to get to know them and understand. 
One thing about working with clients with special needs, it teaches me how to be more patience, understanding and a better person.  Overall I’m happy and contented.

I'm grateful to be working for Your Helpers Home Services for a couple of months now, and I'm glad they do look after the employees and also our clients as well. The whole team are always working hard to make every one on top of everything that we need to know before the job and also prompts to help if we have any questions or concerns regarding the job or a clients.

We can easily add things on the portal about changes or things that need to be done.

Your helpers are a great company to work for.. I love the fact that they are so organized and ask you how you feel about taking a client..I love helping people with a disability, i enjoy cleaning so that's a big plus. I get satisfaction when I know I have put in 150% and know my clients will be happy and that's what makes me happy.. I would recommend your helpers to anyone who wants a position in this field.. 

I've worked for Your Helpers Home Service now for over 6 months and it's been an awesome company to work for. They source all your clients and keep them in your preferred area and times. The clients are great and really appreciate all that you do for them. The company really care about the clients and also the workers. Love the girls in the office, they are only a phone call away if you need any help. 

Working with Your Helpers Is fun, rewarding, and gives me the flexibility to be able to juggle the everyday busy schedules between work and family.
The most rewarding part would be helping clients out who need it most and making their lives easier in any way possible. Everyone deserves their best life.
