From start to finish I will always have a smile on my face and a can do approach to all tasks on hand!
No matter what my Target was, I would ensure I would make the most of every opportunity to make that goal but never loose sight of the customers experience!

Wyndham Vacation Resorts has shown me that what sells a person is the direct experience our customers have with us!
No task is to little to  make a big difference in a customers day to make it stand out in comparison to any other company. 

Each and every team member ensured they embraced their position and continued a "Count on me" attitude throughout every step of a customers experience.

The hardest part of my job was leaving! I was very dedicated to my job and always ensured that all tasks were complete and my staff  was set up for the next day or that evening, 
The most enjoyable part, was definitely our customers! During their stay they would share moments of their holiday with us and we would be excited to find out how their day had gone and see a smiley face walk through the door because they could remember each and every one of our faces  by name, as we did them!

I was hired by Hays Recruitment on behalf of Wyndham for a 3 month temp assignment starting in September 2016-December 2016.
I completed that assignment and learned what it was like to work for a time share company.
I mainly took calls to ensure that prospective members had all the right paperwork emailed through before being put through to the Finance Department and signed up with the company.

I also did a bit of filing and documenting as well whilst there.

I enjoyed working for Wyndham and doing face to face sales in the resorts on the Gold Coast. I also did marketing and promotion in different holiday locations around the Coast. I enjoyed meeting different  clients and building a friendly rapport with them whilst still maintaining everything I was taught in sales to finalise and close the deal. 
I am a team player, am easy to get along with and enjoy the company of my co-workers.

I enjoyed working there. The location was nice, my co-workers were nice and encouraging during training. Suitable for a person who doesn't mind stepping out of their comfort zone as a part of the job is standing outside of the store and trying to show them different packages.
The upper management in my experience were a bit strange.

A Timeshare company that aspires to be like Google. 

Young, dynamic, innovative but hopfully a company that doesn't end up becoming too Corporatized.

I loved working at Wyndham. I worked in reception/admin as well as sales. We ran 3-4 sales presentations on a daily basis to sell timeshare. I loved the excitement of the sales environment as well as banking peoples dreams come true when it come to their holidays. The hours were difficult as it was a lot of late nights and weekends, but everyone at work socialized together.

we were required to stick to scripts as our calls were monitored, however I could hear a number of top producers straying from their scripts with false statements. Its not the way I like to work it seems the standards are set high but the pressure on staff and middle management means the policy can be overlooked to meet K Pi's until required to protect their position.

Working hours are long, but they are rewarding.
Management is continuously being changed, which has statistically effected the work performance of the team.
This job has -
given me high approach to talk with everyone and anyone about the business product.
Best part about the job is that training is provided for every single segment.

High pressure and low reward meant that days were often very dissatisfying.
It was a hierarchical work environment which had a huge advantage for those who had been there the longest

They give you lots of help at the start but once you've been there for over 3 months it is difficult to receive any help.
