What is the best part of working at the company?
No value for working hard, all you have to do is be a “Yes” person. You cannot introduce new ideas, managers get insecure. My manger got so insecure after he saw so many praises from my business partners and ruined my professional career through his nasty act. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Treating you like S**** it’s a very old school set up, no upgradation 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Pathetic. You are bombarded with work from all directions without any concern for the individual. When you bring that up to the manager, my manager simply ignored.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Overloaded with work with no quality support efficient software system to work on

Greeting visitors throughout the day, answering phone enquiries.
Maintaining office supplies - eg. checks always paper in printer, coffee machine is clean, cutlery always filled.
Workplace culture here is very strong in equality, hard work and always having a good positive can-do attitude in everything we do
Hardest part of the job was some days - especially after christmas break - is very very quiet and trying to stay busy for 8 hours! There is always something to do though which was great.
Most enjoyable part was the incredible team I worked with! They're all super nice and friendly, we are like a family here, all looking out for each other and helping each other

As i experienced in Wipro,  you always feels job security in any condition of economy and market of projects. You will get opportunities of onsite and work with customer. Internal HR policy of Wipro is good  as provides lot of benefits in insurance, additional allowance, medical funds, leaves, etc 
Another side, Wipro is not good pay master and increment in salary is very rare like once in 2-3 years (or not)

Employees who being stayed in company more than 10 years, they like bureaucracy in office culture (no-open culture) and no focus on team build activities (always budget crunch/ no budget)

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing as it has toxic work culture lead by unprofessional management for its ANZ division

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No end to work hours for the people who work. That too with out any appreciations or rewards

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic and it has no work ethics at its ANZ division specifically. Lead by selfish Managers (Unfortunately cant call them leaders)

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Wearing multiple hats based on what is on the way

Good to work in Wipro but personal life and professional life is disturbed as working for 15 hrs per day including weekends is little difficult to manage personal life.


Learned: lot of things like processes, business scenarios, execution is part of support engagement for 2 projects in Sydney.

Hardest part: Low salary and exhaustive work

Enjoyable part: Learning new things and interacting different kinds of issues from the customer as part of support engagement. Customer centricity is good and kept indeed

Wipro management applied a lot of thought and developed a unique, innovative and secretive process to identity critical and non critical employees. Non critical employees will be rewarded with less pay. Of course some employees will always be disloyal and leave when rewarded with less pay. However the loyal ones will be happy with less pay and continue to work for us. We have tested this in the UK and are extremely happy with the results

Not fair in Pay and exploit people, more then this they try to hostage employ  from  the slow process and the workculture they adopt.

Apart  from that policies are poor and biggest one is the deputation salary this company provide is hardly upto inflation. Also the process are not aligned and the losses like tax and allowances are really bad. 

Try to avoid this company and companies on same line.
In my 12 years of career,  I feel most pathetic being called senior after joining this company.

There is no work life balance and work is not provided according to the technical capabilities. If you are good at your work, you will be overloaded with the extra responsibilities which will impact your metal space. Leaders will promise you monitory benefits and promotions , but will not care about it once you have done your work. If you want to increase your salary, you need to blackmail them with the new offer and salary will be increased. 



if you want to learn join wipro, lot of opportunities , you will be boss if you have real knowledge. You will get lot of opportunities and many times management listen to your ideas. only bad thing is many times you will get non technical management people. and everything gone. but if you are with good techncial managers, your life is set.
