The company is one that really does promote from within, there are so many examples of people starting in contact centre roles and becoming specialists in specific areas, such as marketing and buying. The business have a management and leadership program and invest in their people by sending them to external training and also sponsor Grads and Interns to develop talent from within. The team play hard, but they also work hard!!

I got "promoted" to an order management officer but I was kept under the "general retail workers award" so they didn't need to pay us more and also transferred my contract from winning group to winning appliances to make it appear that I was a retail worker, despite only doing work for appliances Online Only doing admin/database work, and financial technology support for customers via internal requests. We didn't deal with customers directly. 

Company culture is open and friendly. Staff are approachable and easy going. The role was very exciting as multitude of technology was utilised. Staff willing to assist when help required. Flexibility with work arrangements. Managers supportive of family and work balance.

They cover and protect bullies then fire you, what ever you do.

DON'T report to hr or anyone either leave or deal.

They are liars, 0 recognition for work and its like highschool all over again, they have there groups.

awful culture, underpay staff, and belittle you at any given opportunity. management don't trust anybody and punish the masses for the behaviour of a small few.

Overall a great experience with this company. 
Many possible oppurtunities to advance your position. 

Not very flexible when it comes to schedule. 
Work life balance is okay.

There is people who works there for more than 40 years.

That's how good that winnings is.

Loyalty is earned not demanded, and they know it, hats off.

It's a no stress at all.

Can be physically demanding on the body, long hours most days. Get to travel to different places. Must have ability to work in all the elements. A decent bunch of people to work for.
