The Toll Group casuals make up most of the casual staff, they are paid less than other casuals, both Winc and Toll are aware but refuse to address it. The union has held meetings about it. 
The place is not run well at all. 
It was already operating poorly before they introduced a robotic picking system that is inefficient and unreliable, now it’s even worse. Orders are incomplete, boxes are packed poorly so items are damaged/
Barely anyone cares about the quality of work, so you have to stop caring too lest your mental health declines. The way complaints are handles is by email, no team is accountable, but individuals cop it (not me but I witnessed it a few times). 
Management is in high turnover because nobody knows how to fix the place and all their attempts hit brick walls.
I predict they’ll lose customers in troves when a competitor comes along. 

The people I personally worked WITH were great, but the overall moral of the company is as what you wipe your feet on as you enter

You do your hours and go home you’re not paid for overtime so don’t have to make any

Micromanagement/ no promotion based on results but based on your good relationship with your manager

Fake/ promotes Mental Health and importance of well-being but doesn’t care

Stressful as always criticised never praised for high performance

Things might seem fast paced at the beginning but after couple of months everything comes under control. Managements are super supportive in ensuring work life balance. 

The market has been challenging with Covid and people these days prefer work from home

New Owner, Management trying to keep there Job. All the working suffering  stress and hard time making worker quit the Job. Lot's of worker Resigned Bec of the management.
Not the place to work for the rest of your life

They give most boxes to their favourite drivers, and it’s a box rate. If you have too many deliveries, they won’t take any off you and want you to deliver all. 

Different teams have very different reputations. So if you are in a good team, management is good, culture is good, people are supportive. I was lucky to work in a great team. But I heard of negative reviews to other teams.

ive been working here for 6 yrs they treated you like stupid and abuse your labour they picking on you and giving a stressful 

Good place to work at to acquire new skills. Although hard to progress due to favouritism. No support from management although KPI’s are attainable. There is a union so the pay is quite fair and reasonable.
