If you weren't in the 'group' then hard to do anything without judgement.
Members from the group slipped and wrote in the wrong group chats saying horrible things regarding other members which all members could see. 
Members in the group could be rude without repercussions. 
Casual roles.
Either inside the office with no windows and pure silence, not allowed to have an earpiece for some music and outside could be stressful depending on time.

Work here if you want to be completely ignored by management and want to really feel like you’re the lowest rank. Oh but they will talk to you if you have a single strand of hair out of place.  
I witnessed management gossip about other staff members appearances so often. 

Extremely strict professional (mostly beauty) standards. They give you a book on how to wear your makeup, have your hair, and uniform expectations. However, if you’re related to management just throw it in the trash- you’re off the hook! 

Was asked to take all my earrings out before I starting here- first shift I worked alongside another staff member with 3 different facial piercings. Turns out she was related to management. 

A typical shift as a member of the Christmas concierge team would entail assisting customer queries in person or by phone for shoppers and retailers.  Selling gift cards and Christmas packaging.  I would also assist with hiring of equipment such as Power Scooters, Wheel Chairs and assisting all hire forms are filled out and or not expired. Manage Lost & Found and applicable paperwork and system updating.

A typical day at work is full of variety where you get to meet a lot of different people with different needs. I have learned to be accommodating and patient, and put the customers needs before anything else.The management team is very friendly and supportive, so are my co workers. A very good team culture. There is no real hard part to the job because at the end of the day you will find a way to help a customer. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you have helped someone and that person recognise that you have gone the extra mile to satisfy his/her needs.

During the 8 hour of shift, IT was good working within the team members. There used to be 30 mins of paid break which was flexible. Management team was friendly and cool with us. Everyone in the team is taught every aspect of the cleaning.

Foreman were pretty easy to deal with and weren't over the top with safety trying to pretend they were on a mine site. Site was clean and safe majority of the time. Being a builder that allows the union on site keeps them honest. Definitely one of the better builders to work for.

great place to work, constantly on the go, and the co workers were very friendly.
Always something to do with unpacking and restocking the shelves, taking orders of variety of stock.

Fast paced environment with little investment in the staff. Management need to improve on investing in their employees. Losing good quality individuals because of it.

I enjoyed working at this position as it was in a busy and popular shopping centre. I have a keen interest in retail and this position enabled me to work in my preferred field.

Amazing place to be at. Friendly team members. The work hours are flexible and I was able to have a good work life balance. The boss himself is friendly but also assertive, a really nice person to work with
