A typical day at work involves a lot of cleaning, and constant customer service.

I have learned that time management is key in being successful in a working career.

Managing time an organization is a priority at Wendy's.

Wendy's always involves new promotions that always require learning and working hard to make customer satisfaction high.

The hardest part of the job is maintaining a high standard working space at the end of the shift whilst satisfying customers up until closing time.

The most enjoyable part of working at Wendy's is pleasing customers, especially children when they receive ice-cream.

Working at Wendy's for 3 years gave me a vast range of skills and knowledge of hospitality and also gave me an opportunity to be a team leader. The job was enjoyable and beneficial, and built up confidence within myself. A typical day at work was busy and fast, and I learnt that the challenges with some tasks were always the best. The staff and owners were lovely people and being able to train and develop new staff gave Wendy's a good reputation for young smiling people. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people and bonding with the customers creating regulars, and after working there for a while, there wasn't a difficult task in the job that couldn't be managed with the help of myself and the crew.

Wendy;s is lots of fun, laid back, and relaxing, although at some points throughout the day it can become harder as it does get busy. The workplace is a great place to be able to build confidence in customer service and socially for yourself. Wendy's has helped me alot when it comes to being able to show myself that i am a fast learner, and can understand what people are trying to explain to me quickly.

Boss is rude. Picks favourites and compares other workers to them negatively. Creates a stressful and toxic environment. Made me hate going to work and I would leave crying. 
She had called me a terrible worker and said I was bad at my job, comparing me to people who had been working there for years longer than I had. 

She started cancelling and not giving me shifts after a chronic illness diagnosis. 

I enjoyed working here and serving customers but it was a bit stressful and fortunately I have now found where I would prefer to work. It was still a good place to work.

Learnt a lot. It was a good job and fun workplace. I learnt a lot about: costumer service, food, coffee and handling float. It was an amazing 'first job' (one that was separated from the family business) and would recommend to friends and family.

the work days were busy and full of excitement although I was doing one shift a week, I was always making food, cleaning of keeping busy.

the people were wonderful, very happy people.
they were passionate about their job and the work they do.

Working at Wendy's has enabled me to have a better experience in the hospitality industry it has helped me gain new knowledge and skills with customer service, health and safety policies and procedures and a whole lot more.

working for wendys milk bar was great i enjoyed it alot but there were some things that i didnt approve of such as having no manager in the shop, not being paid the correct wages and being underpaid most of the time
