My everyday experience in this workplace included the same fun daily cycle where we interact with the customers whilst giving them the feeling like that have shopped in the right place. I learnt plenty of skills through the workplace such as the general housekeeping of fast food retail, customer service and I reached the peak of what its like to work with people constantly.

This job has given myself and others plenty to be thankful for. Myself and other employees did find it very hard to work with our manager but at the end of the day we pulled through despite our management that even the customers were disgusted by. My Co-workers were lovely however, really nice girls who always had customers asking to be served by them in particular and I found it easy to work alongside such a great team.

Ever since this job, I have found that if there is one major thing that I have achieved, than it would have to be the fact that I enjoy working with people and so any Retail work will suit me just fine. I seek the kind of work where I can find myself thinking of my managers/co-workers to be more like one big happy family who can give the customers the right kind of vibe will they do their shopping.

As soon as possible I can start, and you can guarantee that I wont only get the job done, but I will be doing it to impress ;)

A typical day at Wendy's is fun and exciting because we enjoy working together as a team to get our daily tasks done. Our main goal is to ensure quality service to our customers while being friendly.
We have a great management team as well as the employees. Everyone generally works together to make sure the job is done to its fullest potential. My job included me to make hotdogs, shakes, and ice creams for people. I have learnt how to do the till in the morning when opening the store and at night when closing the store, I have received keys to the shop which there fore shows being trust worthy and honest. I have learnt to deal with people who do not want to work and learnt how to ignore it and overcome this by simply completing their task to make sure it gets done. The hardest part of my job I would say is the afternoon rush, reason being you're constantly moving and all orders must be correct. The most enjoyable part was the management that I was under and capeable of doing everything which could possible be done, from mopping floors to making cakes.

a typical day at work at the Wendy's store would sometimes be either really busy or was going at a steady pace but was always a good day 
I learnt how to prepare the shop for opening times and closing also learnt how to make hot dogs and milkshakes and always how to get a perfect serve of ice cream for your customers
The management was good there they were always well organised and spread all the shifts out to everyone and would help you out with anything to do with work wise things such as shift changes and wages 
There was no really hard parts of the job apart from when you first started working there it was a lot to get use to and to catch up on with all types of measuring for drinks and other little things but after that everything went smoothly 
The most enjoyable part of the job was going to work with smiling faces and having a great day getting along with the customers and having a good chat while serving them with either their food or drinks

A typical day at work consisted of keeping the store front clean and tidy for customers, keeping utensils stocked such as straws, cups, lids, napkins and re-stocking food products such as hot dogs and hot dog buns. Manning the registers and handling money as well as serving and handling customers, running the store independently during my shift while the manager was not present were also typical.
I learned valuable customer service skills and also the responsibility that comes with running a store independently.
My co-workers were great to work with!
The hardest part of the job was that it was a great deal to travel when my shifts were always very short, mainly 4 hours or sometimes 5 hours if I was lucky.
The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to build my customer service experience and being able to manage the store independently as well as working with great co-workers.

A typical day at Wendy's involves sanitizing and cleaning the stores equipment before starting the day. There were seven other employees  which I helped train that were all younger then me. I then put out all of the promotional displays and turn on the store lights. Through out the day I would be extremely approachable to anyone behind the counter, also using free samples as an incentive to new customers. Towards the end of the day, I would do a stock count of the store for all of the merchandise. Depending of the levels of the stock I would go to our store room and get what we needed but I would also quickly clean and organise the storeroom. After closing I would print off the receipts and do the float for tomorrows till . I'd finish off by washing all of the equipment and trays we used during the day, ending with a mop of all the floors .

Wendy's - Visiting clients in their own homes, providing health care, ie showering, dressing, cleaning, cooking, supervising medication, taking them shopping & to appointments, companionship. I learned what a wealth of information & wonderful experiences elderly people can share. Management was efficient but the hardest part of the job was to be working alone with no opportunity for feedback from other workers. It was however, a very rewarding job.

Hawkesbury Living - Early starts. Providing care for elderly patients, some with dementia. As above - showering, dressing + feeding those on special diets or with dysfasia. The team of nurses were very supportive. The hardest part of the job was seeing my patients deteriorate or when they passed away. The most enjoyable was providing comfort & companionship

A typical work day at Wendy's involves serving customers and helping customers with any enquiry's regarding ice creams cakes etc. It also requires thorough cleaning of the whole kiosk once closed. Because of my age I have been given the responsibility of closing the shop, this means making sure the store is up to the standards required after cleaning, and also cash handling at the end of the day by sorting out the money and putting it away. My co-workers and I get along, its a friendly environment. The hardest part of my job is dealing with the stress when it gets busy. Although I can deal with it well, its hard working with 4 other people in such a small space. The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to have a joke with my managers and also my other staff members.

Over my three years at Wendy's I've gained essentials skills for any job and have enjoyed every minute of it. I have amazing coworkers and employers that understand that a successful business is only that if its workers are united to achieve a shared goal. I honestly consider Wendy's to be a fantastic place to work and all my coworkers to be genuine friends. The hardest part of the job is dealing with difficult customers during busy periods such as school holidays and the Christmas period, however everyone helps out whenever someone feels overwhelmed. The most enjoyable part would be getting to know the people I work with and becoming close friends with everyone there.

A typical day at Wendy's is very stressful as management is never there to restock. I've learnt a lot at Wendy's Such as problem solving skills and have learnt a lot more in customer serves. Management was over all disgraceful, not professional at all. would complain about all employees to other employees. My co-workers were great, bubble people but has been sad to see most them go due to poor management. Hardest part of the job was serving customers and not having stock so we had to turn customers away. The most enjoyable part of the job was serving customers and getting to know the customers.

I learnt a lot about how to make so many milk shakes or thick shakes in one day 

My co-workers were very kind to me because i was the youngest one that was working there 

The management for this job was very good with there organisation 
the hardest part of the job was when we would have to close and I would have to clean up everything and would lock and turn off almost everything in the store and one of the other hardest things you needed to do perfectly is the sizes of the scoops you would have to do it right before your manager would tell you off

The most enjoyable part for this job was getting to know some new coustomers that would love to buy ice-cream on a really hot day
