The day could be tough or easy depending on the level of data you received making outbound calls.
Some days it was tough getting bookings for venues as people were just not interested or we could not find a date to suit them.

Some management were quite nice, others not so nice but that is in every company.
I enjoyed working with my co-workers as most of them were a nice bunch of people.
The hardest part of the job was having to deal with abusive people on the phone or hearing that someone had died in that family or had cancer for example.
The most enjoyable was feeling I had a productive day and getting the required amount of bookings. I also enjoyed speaking to some lovely people who was really pleasant and had a great sense of humour.

After lunch check how many people are supposed to be coming to the Seminar. Pack the car with the sample sleep system,  gifts and paperwork  Check location of venue and drive there for set up at 5.45 pm. Liaise with venue staff and set up sleep system. Welcome guests and present intro before dinner is served. After dinner present the rest of the seminar.  At the end, interact with possible clients to get orders. When everyone has gone, pack up sleep system and drive home. Put in sales report via email before mid-night.
My Husband worked with me which was good as it's quite physical setting up. The hardest part was getting sales. The most enjoyable part was working independently and eating out a lot (except having too many of the same meal).

Job security towards the end of my employment was a problem. When starting with the company enjoyed learning new skills and performing different tasks was exciting and we had some great people there willing to help expand your knowledge and understand of procedures. I performed three different job rolls over the nearly three years working there. Due to management issues from November 2014 when the company went into Voluntary Administration things changed. We saw a lot of our co-workers loss their position and the company get smaller and smaller. This caused the work place to become very stressful right up until the company folded in August this year.

I enjoyed over 8yrs of working with Wenatex.
Had the enjoyment of working with lovely people. 
The hardest part of the job was when they had to make cuts in peoples positions as that process was very sad and very sad when it happened to me.
In my last position of data entry into Australia Post unaddressed website was very enjoyable and challenging due to the postie runs changing constantly and also the total I needed to make the bookings for with Wenatex changed regularly proving a challenge to do while making sure to meet my KPI's.
I would also need to work extra hours to meet deadlines due to Australia Post website having errors where I could not work for hours or sometimes days.

Lunch and dinner seminars daily. Training/Educating groups up to 30 people on sleep and sleep systems, promoting a European sleep system and closing deals at seminar. Consistently highest sales person of 47 across Australia. This achieved in NSW, QLD and ACT.
Very much enjoy the role however company structure is stuck and management not flexible in hearing new initiatives.
Some excellent/successful sales persons in organisation that are slowly dropping away due to same reasons.
Looking for a company who values success and work together to enhance the bottom line.

For almost 10 years have been a sleep consultant with wenatex. Started out as most do and have advanced to sales leader position. No company is perfect and did have some challenges as our company went into a transition period and has now been taken over by the parent company in Europe.
I have never not been paid. Wenatex a history of over 50 years.
Since being taken over, the parent company has given direction that from here on we will in Australia, no longer conduct venue held seminars but private home consultations.
Things a now running very smoothly and we are looking for more consultants who want to control their destiny to do home demonstrations.

Not a safe environment feeling unable to talk to the next supervisor regarding issues with call centre supervisor. (my direct line of report)

Busy day talking to the public and inviting them to come see the product.
Hardest part of the day for me was having to wear headset all day and getting headaches and ringing in the ears other than that people were great to work with and for.

Lots of Data entry-entering orders every morning.  SAP was introduced in last year of employment.  Management tried to keep everyone up to date.  Always enjoyed the company of the people I worked with.
