The workshop was busy however repetitive tasks were common, there was room for process improvement but management refused to spend capital to speed up work process which affected profit margin. they were happy to do things the hard way.

Management was terrible only company I have worked for where I had HR on speed dial. Promise the world and delivered nothing, Increased employee performance resulted in larger work load and no reward.

Work place culture was keep your head down don't offer ideas as management won't listen. If you do good business as usual, if you stuff up be ready for a crucifixion.

Dealing with upper management, begging for upgraded equipment, being ignored when I good idea was preposed to increase efficiency. Trying to move up within the company was not possible.

Comradery which was often mistaken for loyalty to the business, it was the only thing that kept me there 5 years.

Starting as quality manager for a number of years. Being involved in quality control of metal casting , machining , elastomer lining , fabrication and assembly of slurry pumps. A very interesting and demanding job , which fitted my own believes that a good company must assure a good product to customers. Progressed to the HSEQ manager where I had responsibility to make sure that hazards are identified and controlled across the business. Again, a challenging role where I could practice engineering mind set and methodical evaluation to controlling risks. The company considers its people of being the main asset to assure good product to customers.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Staffs are very willing to help in times of need.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Its just the time when you go to work and when you go home. But if your address is near the worksite, then there will be no hustle of the traffic and everything.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Normal. You came from different races but its all good.

Same day everyday. Same routine and everything

They are really nice to collaborate 👍🏻

Only part when I have to leave early to get there as I had been going for two hours early

N/an all were very good . Don’t need to “provide anything more”.

I found it pleasant.i was a temporary assignment.

Pleasant  answering calls, referring to correct consultant. Opened up and did what was asked when necessary

Politics make the company's day to day running dysfunctional.

Poor. I'd like to add more but Indeed won't post it when I say what it's actually like.

Heavy workload. Lack of resources. No support from management.
