I enjoyed providing customer service to the people within  the community that came into the store.

I learnt to be involved with the running of the store as a 2IC.

We were involved in meetings with the management and junior  co-workers.

The hardest part of the job was teaching junior staff members to use their initiative and bring energy into the workplace.

The most enjoyable part of the job was assisting customers coming into the store and getting to know the regulars.

I enjoy fast pace, customer service, organising theme days for my staff to make it a more enjoble workplace, but that is up to the Manager of the store. Paperwork must be up to date at ALL times. Like any job or career, it comes down to what you want to gain from your employment. If you want it just for the money, I suggest you forget it, it is hard work, so must be a passion for you!

currently seeking new work due to WAYNES WORLD trying to push unlawfull boundaries, they didn't do a stock take last year and we just completed one and the stock was out by double than usual but also the divisional coordinator was unorganised for it and had to get managers to stay back and than blamed us afterwards, we did our utmost for the but they truly are ungreatful, I am super passionate about work but cannot be when treated like dirt

The support provided by the head office and area managers is top. This company sells products that the average Australian can afford.
As a previous manager with this company, I would recommend this company to anyone looking to gain a career in retail. This company is very family orientated and have the utmost respect for all of there employees.

Working at Waynes World Gympie has been an awesome experience and i am currently still employed there. The staff are the best staff you could ever want to work with and the manager does her job to perfection. I am currently saving for a house and a car so working at the one job is unfortunately not enough.

i had a great time working with a great bunch of people, they were always happy and highly motivated which made it a better place to work. the typical day at work included sweeping floors, restocking shelves help setting up stock out front of shop and a few other small tasks. 
the most enjoyable part of the job was getting to work with a bunch of happy motivated people.

Arrangement of stock and products to ensure appearance was the primary selling point

This business is a great business to work for, however the management would do better to talk to staff members and allow them to help in the decision making, rather than keeping them in the dark and unsure of what is going on within the company.

The typical day at Wayne's world was fun and exciting. I learnt a great deal in my time with the company from register use to merchandising. the staff were great and made the work day go by quick. the best part was meeting the customers that came into the store. T the hardest part was the limited hours in the quiet part of the year
