Day by day, the kiosk needed to be set up. Everything had to be in place and restock since the beginning of the day. You had to welcome customers with a smile and bring them what they request. 
Personally I learned to work under pressure, improve the teamwork with my peers and also improve the customer service and relations. 
The management was flexible but was tough during the busy days. My team was great, I really enjoyed working with my team, generally speaking they were friendly and kind. The hardest part of the job was to be stand up for long periods of time with only 30 minute break. The most enjoyable part of the work was to meet customers from all over the world and learning experiences from them.

Working in Watsons was quite challenging. I experienced discriminatory treatment and derogatory comments, being told I wasn't capable or that they didn't know what to do with me. My contract was changed to a worse one, removing holiday benefits and taking away my "day in Liu" at their convenience. They also deducted hours without explanation and criticized me for taking my entitled lunch, restricting many food options. Overall, the environment was unhealthy and disrespectful, making it a difficult experience. I wouldn't recommend working there if you value respect and fairness.

Good staff comradery especially in the kitchen which had a great team, the management was good and always learning different skills especially with creating staff training platforms and software programs

Fast paced, high volume bar. Fun environment positive good music. 
The hardest part of the job was juggling between coffee orders and cocktails. Most enjoyable part was it was a day bar so shifts weren't later than 1 am.

Great staff parties and social life with staff outside of work hours, good management, good pay except for on weekends and good hours. Really fun work environment. Staff get 30% off.

Worked here for a few months when over for  wedding. Was s as great place to work! Was made to feel very welcome by every member of staff. Also got to watch the NYE fireworks from the bar I was working on so that was cool. 

Learned many skills and roles eg host, waitress, barista, bar tender, floor team and boh work. Many opportunities to progress through the levels and get promotions and gain more experience.

Good worklife balance, great to work outside. Little bit quiet in winter, pumps in the summer. Good place to work with your friends, good progression ladder 

was quite good, staff and management were quite friendly. got quite hot and busy and quite intense. The pay is okay but not much to rave about. plenty of shifts too.

They just use ppl when they needed.
Not pay properly Or valuation your hard work.
