Working at the shop has been an incredibly positive experience. The atmosphere is consistently upbeat, thanks to both the customers and my fellow employees. Every day brings in a diverse group of people, and their friendliness and positive energy make the job enjoyable. Interacting with such pleasant customers, who often come in with a smile and leave satisfied, is truly rewarding.

The team I work with is equally fantastic. My colleagues are supportive, approachable, and always willing to lend a hand, creating a collaborative and stress-free environment. Management is understanding and values our input, making us feel appreciated and heard. Overall, this shop is not just a place of work, but a community where everyone supports each other. It’s a joy to be part of a team that is dedicated to providing excellent service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door.

I am a technician so my day is spent working on customer vehicles and helping the customer to better maintane their vehicles. Management is very fair about working with scheduales and try to do much to work with associates. The people I work with are the main reason I continue to work there. They are fun and hard working. Most of the time, the hardest part of the job is satisfying the customer. some come in with the idea that everything should be given them for free and can make the job difficult at times. It is also the customer that can make your day, when they come in again and again looking for you to assist them because they appreciate you and what you have been able to do for them in the past.

I found that working at Walmart involved a fair amount of abuse from customers (and the occasional manager) with little reward. I preferred working overnights for this reason. There is a strict and emotionless point system from which you have to abide by, or you're fired. You can be reprimanded for being too sick to work. You can be fired for bad weather stopping you from coming in. I separated from the company by choice, but as a department manager I have seen more than I wanted to of the impersonal management in response to a high turnover rate. It's hard to recommend this job to someone in perfect health, and impossible to recommend to anyone with a disability.

Direct management team may do what they can, but the overall company culture is pure poison. The different shifts screw each other over hard. The production rates are unreasonable in some departments. Turnover is really high, including management turnover. They dealt with a class action lawsuit for stealing time from employees nationwide. There are other issues that will likely surface in due time.
It pays well enough and co-workers may be good people, obviously depending on them.

i have learned a lot working at Wal-Mart over the past three years and worked with many different people . Wal-mart is known for great customer service and the management there tries to live up to that standard each day . The hardest part about the job is trying to please every customer and stay with in the guide lines . The most enjoyable part of working at Wal-Mart is being able to stay busy and learn new things.

I loved the people i worked with and i learned alot. Management wasn't the best , a lot of people had problems with them and they wouldn't stick around anyways so it sucked that you would try to connect with them and have comfort but they leave in couple months. Hardest part of the job is going in everyday and not having enough people on the schedule because the hiring manager was lazy and busy redecorating where it wasn't needed. everyone had problems with her.

I have been working at walmart for a short time, and was promoted not only because i was qualified academically but also due to the fact that i displayed what the managers believe to be excellent CSR behaviour, positive attitude and strong leadership ability.

Overnight shift was pretty good. Took some time to get used to. Typical shift involved stocking the store and ensuring all items are in order. Management and colleagues were very helpful and understanding. Hours were very flexible too. Enjoyed working here 

Thursdays running promotion where every department was busy assisting customers.
I enjoyed because there was room of growth for everyone.
Hardest part was knocking off while offloading trucks.

A big company that dosen't care about their associate's are their needs. i love working with people and the customers are great. The Management team is not very good when dealing with customer are associate at times.
