You know I've read your reviews about Wagners, they are so old as I remember reading some or most 12 months ago you possibly need to up date with this company as they are a terrible company and as expressed by others their Safety Issues are very questionable the people they employe mostly have issues getting work or just don't believe they can get anything so they shut their opinions to save their employment, if you were to ask me for a 1on1 personal response I'd be happy to oblige, You know I don't  know if any of your readers have worked for Country people N Party people like Wagner's but you are just cattle their for their GAIN, VERY VERY HAPPY TO BACK UP THESE ACCUSATIONS ANY TIME. 
    think before you apply as sure as tomorrow's Sun rise   YOU'LL  REGRET IT


Every company has its downsides and Wagners had a few but that said I enjoyed my time working for Wagner's and miss the work and my ex fellow employees I worked on multiple projects in the quarry division I started off not knowing how to operate anything to being  able to operate everything in the quarry, on the whole excellent supervisors and management who were usually approachable including company directors   would I work for Wagner's again Absolutely

Wagner don't consider Employees of value, more as a commodity that can be replaced with the slightest change in Market and/or Business performance. The Industry changes all the time and with the constant changes to Employees, this create a low base & knowledge base with experienced staff being replaced constantly. The Concern is the Company will only retain the Employees that have no other option and/or drive, simply remain for a pay cheque without investment or engagement to the Employer

I was with Wagners for around 2+ years and I couldn't being to explain the things I learnt or friendships I had made. 
It might come off as stressful at times, which in the workshop can be true. But, that feeling of satisfaction and enjoyment you get from completing a job so that piece of equipment can exceed production expectations from years to go is one of the best feelings.
Would recommend to anyone, it is a fantastic place.

Wagner's on Inpex has been a great learning curve for me, from being a Lab manger to being a tester was a little step back but really love having a hands on job and being able to learn how to operate a Batching Plant such as the one we have is amazing,.

A typical day included safety inductions, site inspections, reports to the general manager and toolbox talks with the workers.
Pleasant work environment and a great team to work with.
I had to conduct HAZOPS on the new cement plant including a seperate HAZOP / Risk assessment on the conveyor system.
I was happy to finish my work career at WAGNERS but unfortunatlly the company had a down turn in business and I was made redundant.

operating machinery. learnt team work safety and how the operation worked. learnt new skills.management was fine very good directions from supervisor for tasks for the day. very good team of co workers to work with. the hardest part of the job was fixing breakdowns.
most enjoyable part was learning new skills i like to learn new things to better myself in my work environment.

This company has no loyalty to workers and can derminate employment at a moments notice. Management has no influence over the head office when culling numbers. Experienced workers will be dismissed before inexperienced if head office choose your number. The hardest part of the job was dealing with new bosses. The most enjoyable part of the job was going home at the end of the day.

Wagners were very good to me as an employee. I wish I had never left, would like to be employed by Wagners again . 
John Wagner is a gentleman and has time to chat with employees. I would like my review to be sent to John Wagner himself . I worked as a driver on the Wagner Gladstone Curtis island project .
HR need to focus more towards stability of a past driver who wants to return to Wagners
