Working at MW is great as a ride attendant for the most part. No selling, no unnecessary pressure. People are fine. Only problem is; No transferrable skills really. Main thing you really get is customer service but without the selling part, just connecting with people. Can't really take 'telling people how to be safe on a ride' anywhere else besides another theme park.

Good job to do while studying, very accommodating. Just make sure you study something that gets you somewhere reliably otherwise you'll waste years of your life  and have nothing to show

Also the pay kinda sucks for how many hours you get. Because the Operations Dept is so big (which is needed) the roles are only part time so most of the staff live in groups. Not sustainable if you want to live on your own in this economy. 

going casual is also known as 'the kiss of death' because PPT are guarenteed hours under award, casuals only need enough shifts to prevent training  from lapsing and you aren't guarenteed hours. Worse if you're another department, Operations has a 3-month window of operator currency

I highly enjoyed this position due to the constant change of work and greater duties involved, the people i worked with were friendly and helpful , i made a lot of great friends there.
Movie world offered me greater challenges while in there employment which i took on with great enthusiasm and successfully completed the jobs which i am still very proud of today.  
I went from a maintenance worker to Head of theming due to my skills and artistic talents, this company promoted my progress very well.

fun, relatively easy, few aspects of the jobs require a lot of thinking and solving and few are challenging. Working in the heat is bad as the uniform just generates sweat under the sun and even in the shade. it is not a viable option for summer working but it is compulsory.

Was with the company for 2 years. I was severely overworked at only 16 at the time. Having annual passes was a good benefit but not worth the lack of respect and compassion from management. 

Great place to work. lots of job satisfaction and variety. Plenty of staff related bonding exercises. Plenty of opportunities to advance your career. Lots of work related travel

I really enjoyed working there, key reason I stopped was due to the hours of travel there and back and sometimes spending more time travelling than at work. Other employers are incredible in the F&B department and Ive made loads of friends

Not a bad first job. Would not recommend staying longer than a year. Generally speaking the people are quite good to work with however, the management leaves much to be desired.

Fantastic job to work out.  Always fun. Great place to interact with different cultures.  Always has great things to learn. Grsat place for any first persons job.

Company was great to work for. Really loved the job and the Experience and I would highly recommend this job to everyone that loves tourism and people.
