Do NOT work at this place.... Having worked there for a long time myself, I know what goes on there. The daily meetings they have there amongst call centre staff are a complete waste of time. All of the speeches, lectures, and intellectual, mind-game style exercises do is just make people feel degraded, humiliated, and, when results averages aren't up to where management would like it to be, they place blame towards everyone there for things they did not do.
Following that, they then have quiz games (that waste even more time) and keep playing loud music during the call sessions that make it difficult for anyone to hear anything during any calls. It is SOOO frustrating!
When any of the client account managers would leave the business, the supervisors would then go into to appointment account file and substitute the client account managers' name for their own name. This means that the new name on the file would be getting paid a commission (in the event of a property sale) instead of the person who actually booked the appointment....That is straight-out CHEATING!!! It is robbing a former employee of his/her rightful entitlements!
The boss set an all-expenses-paid company retreat as a meeting for client account managers, supervisors, and other senior staff at an expensive resort. This was done to pitch outlines, company objective, business prospectus, etc, in an effort to persuade people from leaving the company...to try to convince them to stay. He then comes back and holds a brief meeting with everyone else that although their superannuation had not been paid for nearly TEN MONTHS, the money would be coming in soon and expected everyone to; please be patient, Vystal will still be in operation, big things are going to happen, very exciting times, Blah Blah Blah .....
After that, we lost five Client Account Managers in less than three weeks. Plenty of people quit.
All that money to splash out on a luxury weekend retreat and yet not enough to pay their workers. DO - NOT - WORK - THERE !!! (Please)

Vystal had their building license suspended due to very poor quality building work but they did not tell us and had as continue to try sell these non-complaint homes.

None of us got paid super for years while the CEO spent all the lonely on a mansion.

The call center managers intentionally bullied all staff who asked questions about the super or the legality of the operations.

Call center managers directed staff to not inform customers calls were being recorded.

The company was trading insolvent at one time. 

The owner fleeced all the money from Vystal before it went into administration and started up a new business leaving supplier and investors hung out to dry. 

Bad workplace culture as the owner was heavily intoxicated every day and many other employees were intoxicated at work.

I discovered. An associated entity via its LinkedIn profile misleadingly stating a person who has never worked there, was  an employee, and they improperly leveraged off this person's LinkedIn profile for their own gain.

Upon clicking on the LinkedIn profile of Australian property Advisory Service, a list of 8 employees was shown, one certainly of which has never worked there. The LinkedIn profile has a website link to Vystal.com.au. This person in turn received disgruntled phone calls from the public regarding the manner in which employees used strong phone tactics in their cold calls.

This company must be desperate to  leverage off other people's profiles, and pretend they worked there.

This is being investigated by authorities.

Have worked here for many, many years. My role is extremely challenging as is the role of my wonderful staff. The rewards are great for the good, consistent performers which makes the effort well worth it. 

Early finish on Friday is great also, feels like a long weekend every 2 weeks and is a great boost for work life balance. Late start times for sleeping in and avoiding traffic is great also.

Of course culture is always a challenge in any business and one that will always be worked on and focused on,.as culture is King.

If you are someone who loves a challenge and loves helping people, great place to work. If you are someone who is just looking for a 9-5 job and a pay cheque...maybe not for you.

There is a common passion amongst all staff within the company, to share our knowledge, and educate families across Australia about the best ways to prepare for their financial future.   Not only Does the Vystal Group assist its clients, it also assists its large family of staff to gain long term financial freedom as well. 

All staff have the opportunity  to undergo valuable training in all aspects of financial services, and customer service.  

All staff work towards the common goal of making a positive difference in our clients' lives.

We have a strong team here at Vystal Property Group, in which most are approachable and helpful. The company concept/vision is great with lots of diverse aspects of the business. However, the culture is not a Team like feel and the turn over of staff is quiet frequent.

CEO is bad tempered and screams at his staff. Staff are intimidated. CEO fires staff left, right & centre like he changes clothes. If he doesnt like you, youre fired. One guy got lost his job the next day just because he could only attend meetings once a week. Other staff got the sack next day as well for no valid reason. Not a good behaviour/culture to have.

Very demanding and dynamic workplace where good ideas and teamwork are rewarded. Clear career progression, a great culture and decent office. Management are demanding but empathetic and a work / life balance is achievable for those that work hard.

This company has high potential to go far but no structure, transparency or job security. 
The turnover rate is high. Staff are always left with loose ends to clean up. 
Super has not been paid and no one know what direction this company is going in

Good opportunity to earn big but terrible work culture and job security which make this place bad. At least one firing or resignation each fortnight its so unstable. Too inconsistent with staff coming and going.
