During my time at vivid, there were many loyal staff, however they were not treated well by senior management. All have since left.
There is a revolving door of staff coming then leaving within a month or two. I saw two people start, then they never returned…
Training is an issue, no one is properly trained, which means the work isn’t being done properly.
Within 3 months I saw 85% of head office staff leave due to the toxic culture of the business which was scary!
The staff are nice and try to be as helpful as possible. However this doesn’t include senior management.
There are lots of promises but they never deliver.
The bonus system is flawed, it seems to be whoever the director is favouriting at the time gets a bonus. They have KPIs that are impossible to deliver due to the contracting nature of the business. Our team were promised bonuses, however none were given our. Never expect a pay rise. They never give them to anyone. They promote people and promise a raise within six months and don’t deliver.
If they listened to staff about the toxic ness of the company and listened to staff about what needs to change then there might be some hope.
However, it’s not a place I would recommend to work.



The work was quite good basically this job was a time limit job .We have to work along with time without letting any complaints to occur,The other staff were  very helpful as wells very friendly.the site where i worked is near to my place so this is the very beneficial for me its really saved my time.The work is easy at the same time bit clumsy.There used to be inspection on monthly basis so its better idea to work nicely fom day 1 to last so to avoid the burden at the time of inspection.

On the first day, I was greeted with staff fighting and just carried on as the staff turnover was ongoing.   A great purpose-built system that everyone could not use because they did not know it was there.  If you cope well with an aggressive, blame game environment then this is the company for you.

Poor immediate management support and extremely poor upper management work ethic and staff support.

My boss is great and I love the site i work at unfortunately the hours are very minimal and the job is 30min drive away so am looking for additional work as these hours are more like pocket money than a living wage.

A busy place with exciting customer service opportunities and was able to have a good face to face interaction.

I was able to have a good interaction with people of different ethnic groups.

Work in this role is potentially 24 hours 7 days a week due to the nature of the industry. You  have colleagues that you can turn to for assistance if required or if you are unsure.

Problems quickly solved. Easy to contact supervisor and pay clerk. Casual employment in solo employee position so no job culture. No job advancement unless I wanted to move hundreds of kilometres.
