In my short time here I watched several employees essentially get "ghosted" by management, until it finally happened to me. They won't sack you or offer you any plausible explanation (no matter how many times you contact them), but they will stop rostering you on so you are forced to quit and look for other employment. Terrible and toxic management, the high turnover of employees is extremely telling, and the stories other employees tell about their treatment is horrifying. No job security whatsoever. DO NOT WORK HERE!

Where do i start, 
I have never worked for an employer that demands so much from their staff and give nothing back. Management/owners  simply do not care about their employees.  Always negative comments never anything positive and constantly belittled.   Demand you supply a Medical Certificate for one day off as a casual which is a waste of time as they do not believe you anyway, and don't expect to be asked if you are ok when you return to work. No WH&S more concerned about customers safety than staff. 
Worst place i have ever worked


Staff are underpaid, mist clock on 10 minutes early but only paid from rostered time, only finish time only get paid to the lower quarted of an hour.  Put under too much stress due to other staff having cancelled shifts for no reason repetitively.  No consistency in shifts.  Management only care about themselves, both on the floor and in the office.  No opportunity to advance, despite asking and being told so.  No recognition of resignation.  No care for their staff, only money coming in.

Avoid this place if you can. Pay was bellow award rates and management encourages a bullying culture. There is no work life balance and no respect for people, employees in general. 

OHS is non existent and they regularly flout water laws and council regulations. 

The place looks like a dream but it is built off the backs of abused staff.

Management are absolutely horrible.
Anybody you speak to that works there will tell you they don’t like the job. I lasted a few months and then it sent my mental health downhill. Constantly being watched like a hawk. Extremely high turnover of staff. I put my notice in an never heard anything else from them. Was going home from work in tears each day.

Everything about this work place in toxic, the management doesn’t care about any of there workers, owner switches on everyone, no work life balance no understanding. Very high turnover of staff. Treats employees like dirt, talk about other workers to other workers to start drama between all the staff. Doesn’t fire people just starts drama to make you quit. 


Avoid working at this place very toxic environment. 
Management and HR departments are absolutely disgusting.
They don’t care at all about their staff.
Pay structure is appalling work conditions are awful.
On the surface it looks good but in the background it’s not good at all.



Great place to work, helpful, friendly team members, they made my time there like I'd been there for years, instead of a few months. In my short time, I felt part of a family. Would be going back to work there, for sure, once back in the area.

AVOID WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY
the management has a toxic culture treat staff appallingly 
turn over of staff is exceptionally high as if they suddenly dont like you your hours are cut to nothing 

Very invasive in personal information, such as personal medication imformation and medical conditions unrelated to work requirements.
Generally a very negative untrusted environment.
