The average day was of 11-12 hours up to 15. The work is not the worst, but since you are on your feet 12 hours a days is very demanding physically. 
If you get in onions you are probably not going to make 38 hours a week, but in the potato section I did up to 60. 
Management is not very kind, the promise you a day off per week (which your will probably need) but ended up begging for it. Anyways, supervisors are in generally cool but do not expect much colaboration to teach you the job. Relax and learn from your mistakes without fear since it is how everyone learns. 
Lots of latin people, so I made some amaizing friends.

the hardest part of my job was changing my sleep patern for the changes of seasons from harvesting to planting as one is night work and the other is day work

my experience while working in Virginia farm produce was very good. I have learned a lot of job skills there. It was a really nice to work there as everyone was friendly and works as a team. Moreover management was good. They always look after their workers.Also good salary package and bonus.

I’m sorry to say, their management is the worst ever and treat their workers not only like robots but like dogs. Very selfish and disrespectful.
Boss is very stingy, supervisor is very aggressive.
Never care their stuff, only pretend they do on social media.

Do not work here. Staff are rude, work is like slave labour. You start any time between 4-6am. You are not made aware of what time you will work and can work from anything to mid day to around 7/8pm, sometimes later.

High level of turnover due to the the amount of backpackers that work there so you can be constantly training people which has its good and bad points

Bullying, harrasment is the norm. Long hours 6 days a week. Management show no respect to staff.  Maintenance of machinery and equipment poor. Unsafe working environment.

I enjoyed working at Virginias, where I completed my 88 days in order to get my 2nd year Working Holiday Visa. Some days were very long, but some were also very short, the work was fine.

A very fast paced job with little instruction given. Long working hours with little rest. Extremely physical. Enjoyable working in a team environment.

It is a repetitive and low pay company but the good thing is the coworkers and supervisor. They are the best. The hygiene is also a bit lacking and they should really improve.
