I've never worked for a company that needs to control so much they employees. The things I started to find out while I was working there were horrifying until it actually happened to me. 

Where to start? Management needs to be in control with everything, I don't even understand why they hire people for specific jobs if they are not going to trust them. All the reviews like everyone says, most of them are fake and it's HR that has asked for them if you see the dates you'll realised. They do watch the CCTV cameras all the time, HR and all management and if you do anything out of the ordinary they will tell you off. You can't trust HR or PPC like they call themselves because they will be telling everyone bout anything you say to them - so please if you have a problem, don't go to PPC (so much for people, performance and culture)
They control your clock-in and out and will tell you off if you're not in time.
The way they handle COVID was awful, they told everyone they wouldn't fire anyone if we would reduce our hours and then people were disappearing out of the blue. If you were sick during COVID and had to isolate until COVID results or until feeling better, you would had to do it on unpaid or taking your annual leave - even if we were all equipped with laptop and everything to work from home. But they still wanted us to coming and put our lives in danger because "we were essential" or because "we had to be to support the receptionists" which are actually essential. They didn't even send us home when they had a case at one of their locations and people from the office had been there. Their solution?? If you don't feel comfortable working from HQ , you can work from another location. So much logic, right?? They didn't care about people that had to go home to family after work during the worst of COVID.
Until I left they had people with reduce hours, getting job keeper but for some unexplainable reason, they were hiring always new people - but they were struggling and we had to be still on reduce hours! The pay is already bad so imagine the salary at the end of each month.
Then I found out the GM (the daughter that everyone talks about) - made receptionist cry when they didn't something wrong and humiliates them in front of everyone. So it doesn't surprise me that everything those bad review say is 10000% true!

Just don't work for them, it's an AWFUL work environment and in my years as a professional I've never encountered a company like this one and I've see some bad ones before, this one if just the WORST!

STAY AWAY from this company at any cost if you want to maintain your mental balance! They micro manage every single employee! Everyone and I mean EVERY single employee nationally need to clock in via fingerprint scanner before 8.30am and even if you are 1 minute late, a notification of being late is sent out to everyone. This whole process is really stressful and creates unnecessary anxiety. Every day multiple people leave the company due to being treated poorly and no communication is sent out maybe because it's so embarrassing. Even though it's a listed company (on books), it is run by a family who treat people like slaves because they are paying them. On top of that, it is managed by the spoilt child of CEO and COO who is immature and rude.They will give you fancy job titles but you will be sitting at reception covering for receptionists. On top of that they play mind games with people and try to control them in every way so they are not able to speak up until they leave. This is the worst company and culture I have ever come across and I hope people take these reviews seriously and never have to go through this torture. Please stay away from this company. You have been warned!

- The management micromanage in another state by watching you 24/7 on CCTV cameras from another state- and yes this also includes the CEO who has all locations open on her computer at all times. 

- Job role is confusing- different people give you different answers about job duties & no clear goals for you to work towards

- Revolving door of employees coming and going- shows that management is clearly dysfunctional.

- Lack of communication: employees find out about decisions after they have been implemented, giving misleading information and withholding information from certain employees. 

Overall, it is a organisation led by toxic leaders who are all about themselves and gaining money. They disregard staff below them,  there no teamwork and its all about how the hierarchy can control you. If you can avoid this company, please do at all costs!

Over the last 3 years working with Victory I've gained many skills which I am grateful for and appreciate. Regardless of the negative reviews provided by previous/current employees I can honestly it's up to the individual to see the negatives as an opportunity to grow stronger and approach it as something positive. I've personally worked through challenges here and I don't regret any of it. Hard work is acknowledged and rewarded with incentives and management check in and are always there for guidance and support. I would recommend Victory to anyone who wants to find a role which involves a passion for administration and caring for others. 

Most of the reviews are absolute rubbish that probably came from people who have never had a job before....

Victory is an incredibly supportive business to work for. Managers come together to guide each other and lift each other up. Receptionists have the opportunity to buddy with someone in another state to spread the support and family vibe while they are learning. 

PPC (HR) will do absolutely anything they can to support you, offer advice or give you constructive feedback when asked. 

For a company that is 6 star, you should expect to behave in a 6 star manner. If you want to mess about, this is not the company for you. 
We work hard and celebrate our wins, regroup and learn from our losses. 

We are growing every single day and I can honestly say I am proud to be apart of the Victory Family.

The management at VC, Is like nothing I have ever experienced before. 

The management is very unprofessional.
The General Manager is immature with no previous people management skills, if her parents weren't the CEOs of the company she certainly wouldn't hold this role anywhere else. 

speaking up or contributing to the business will only get you in trouble. 

There is a high turn over of employees. People have left for their lunch and have refused to come back because of the working conditions.

Honestly working here was the biggest mistake, if I could fit everything on this page that they did to myself and other employees you would be mortified they are still in business.

I've never had a job as bad as this one before and i've had many jobs in the past. 
Worst & unfair pay (The wage is extremely low and not worth it).
Horrible management.
Senior staff who are condescending.
Crazy micromanagement where they watch you from another state on CCTV cameras 24/7 and make you use a finger print scanner to make sure u get to work before 8:30 and stay until after 5:30 and even if you are 1 second late a notification gets sent out to management!
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If you have any self respect you will avoid working here.
The culture is pathetic.
The management is unprofessional.

Don't be a slave to Victory Offices. There are better jobs with better payments and better people out there.

The standard operation procedures were great and well organised. Escalations were clear and well thought out. The culture was prone to toxicity and heavy on surveillance by HQ. The work harboured on favouritism and took advantage of young admins looking for a break in the corporate on minimum wage. There were perks eg. the company flying staff out for parties but would have much rather the money go to an increase in wage. 

Victory Offices has changed through my years here. It slowly has made improvements with the suggestions of all its' team members.
There have been new programs, employee benefits and perks that have been recently introduced.
Every day is a learning day at Victory Offices, and managers help out where they can to help you succeed.
