early morning start and finish 9 am on the first shift
back at 2 pm to 6 pm for the second shift. at first this job sounds hard but when you are used to it you will learn how to make it easier job.
management good as from time to time there is meeting for cleaner the safety way of cleaning and identified hazzard. the hardest part of the job was when you collect garbage on the playground and also working on the yard drain but that was compensate with friendly attitude of people, parents and staff.

making sure the crew had a comfortable and stress free galley in a busy working environment which sometimes was a high level of stress as the nets were pulled in at inopportune times whilst eating.
Keeping washing and the galley clean neat and tidy and ensuring the crew had their working area on deck organised.
Interaction and getting along with people in a confined space was a prerequisite.

- Typical day at work is so varied, driving, lawn mowing, carpet cleaning, rubbish removal, tree lopping.
- I learned a huge amount about a lot of different jobs.
- Management were usually good.
- Workplace culture usually good.
- The hardest part of the jobs were long hours and hard physical work.
- The most enjoyable part was meeting lots of people.

Typical day would be to see the project progressing. Learning more about how other people work around. Understanding that management have goal and targets. I believe the work culture is what you bring to the job and your attitude.I am a hard worker and have good work ethics.What I enjoy most about my job is seeing the result at the end of each day.

Working in the Hospitality industry was a option for myself as I was a student at the time and fresh out of High School. I would recommend working in this field if you have the attitude, flexibility and commitment to work hard, be friendly and give up your free time including weekends and holidays.

Not a happy place to work, bullying culture that still exists, Very disappointing. This culture has been allowed to fester. I have been gone for 8 months and I have been recently contacted by a worker that has just quit. Things have not changed and appear to be getting worse.

I am writing this in order to pass a page that compulsory for some reason, and have to answer some questions about a company that Indeed has taken as a new company or one that they haven't seen before I think.

Although challenging it is rewarding with new skills and attributes. 
Having the ability to problem solve and work through difficulties to find solutions gives a unique and positive outlook on future job applications and career advancement.

I have worked at many companies around Melbourne, mainly in food warehouses and I find they have higher standards as well as higher pay rates. My advise to anyone in warehouse roles to learn how to drive a reach truck and look for food companies

I was very happy in this workplace and would have continued to work there until retirement; however due to financial circumstances of the business I was made redundant.  The business was closing down.
