I like viridian CSR because I worked in company more than 17 years now I am finishing getting redundancy we need organise not to compare day shift Arvo shift or night shift we all shift need to work together reach the achievements

5am or 6am start unload glass truck print out your schedule for the day . and enjoy the nice weather cairns have to offer.

Not a good place to work, mind games. Thay don't care how thay treat you, there is no benefits whatsoever. And thay give you no respect. All in all a bad place to work. 

Poor pay,long hours,being bullied and harassed.Management can't handle the situation correctly.Horrible place to work.No flexibility unsafe trucks,noisy and heavy lifting all day

Everyone with Viridian are so helpful & understanding 
There is a lot to learn ad far as all the different types of glass available.  Training is provided on all of this.

overall good place to work with friendly people, high level of workplace safety and an emphasis on personal awareness of dangerous duties, factory based work and local glass deliveries.

People don't communicate properly and details are left up to operator and workers aren't a priority especially drivers ,come and go i can see why,get paid to see the country side though.

Viridian is a glass processing factory. Multiple sites around Australia, biggest two being in Melbourne (Dandenong) and Sydney (Ingleburn).
More sites at newcastle and canberra.

overall a great experience. toolbox meeting, pro-op check on equipment. review customer orders

the job was great but it keeps you on your toes and makes you think about your work to be safe around glass and knowing how much you can do with glass
