I usually start at 6pm and fish at 4am in next day. During my time i learn to work with the team, improve my skills and friendly, despatching foods and cooking. 
Processing foods into the trays, packaging and supervise wrong and damage product by visible, Scan item code and update order on the system.
Manage timetable, recources of foods and materials,  for each job. Ensure reduce labour time but keep making best product.
This is a majority of multiculture such as African, Australian, Russian, Southen of Asia. I respect to their culture during work and show my attitude as well educated person. We all enjoy working and have the same attitude of australian culture.
Hardest : I do not some times understand the operation of machines. However I experienced these knowledge from mistake and study fast.
I like using machines to process work and study new method to work more useful, target to increase benefit for company. I really enjoy to work with team, collect best knowledge from work mates.

I loved it there. I loved my workmates & supervisors, they were cool, especially  afternoon & night shift! All jobs in factory are easy to learn. Overtime is often if you want. Pretty forward job but if you work on the processing lines, you need to be quick. For some reason, casuals tend to not last long. They are always re-hiring. So keep that in mind if you choose casual or get offered casual shifts. You’re lucky if you get full time or part time. That being said, I loved working there still

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awful working environment, some people were great to work with but some were awful to work for.

As I worked the night shift I did not see much of my fellow workers but had to deal with the mess they left . I had no backup from management and was regularly abused by the site manager . I left this job as I did not feel or deserve to be treated like I was, I now work about 1.5 hours away and need to be closer to home.

Every morning I wake up at 5 am and start working at 6am. When I arrived at my work , I usually punch card and start working as a forklift driver. Loading containers and unloading , do these procedures repeatedly including 44 pallets.

If you only intend for wages ,it’s a good place to work. But the line leaders are very rude. Management is very poor. No work and life balance, you always need to ready to work. The only things that working there is you get paid.

Rubbish company don't work here the food is infested with bacteria and fungus like management staff are nice but are treated like cattle don't buy products made by this company you might get sick or worse

yes its very productive production area.
the people are great.
enjoy even the job are hard sometimes,
meet defferent cultures in this place.
management are not bad at all

Vesco is a good company with great reputation but management needs some improvements.It is a diverse company with diferent cultures and background which created an atmosphere of social improvement.

Most of the workers are very friendly and enjoyable to work with. However the flow of work is very fast paced and can be very monotonous depending on which area you work at.
