What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Really nothing, as everyone will try to work and help you with your enquiry. Work as TC'sor Drivers can change to different jobs according to our clients specs. We all know that, take the good with the bad, but the good wins Everytime 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Excellent, sure we are in a labour hire industry, but all in all of the close to around 80 to 100 TC companies in QLD just only, i reckon it's a top company to work for, well that is my personal opinion, unless you woking on.a construction UNION SITE, SIMPLY OF THE $$$$$

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Excellent 👌👍, again take the good with the bad, but the good overall is the winner 🏆

start the day with a tool box/prestart meeting which allows all fellow workers to have the same knowledge to were we left of the day before and were our new day will pick up discuss any hazard/issues that are need to be addressed to keep both fellow workers, contracts, and the general community safe. during my time as a traffic controller I have learnt many things and I have meet many wonderful dedicated people. the hardest part of my job was the rain the weather could be a real bother and  going away from family.. but in saying that it was also an enjoyable part of my job as I meet wonderful people and I got to see beautiful places..and I got satisfaction at the end of the day knowing we had accomplished keeping everyone safe..

only did my training with Verafact three shifts 20 hours

busy Roads ,  Some lazy traffic controllers on the stop Slow Bat

good and sort of Okay no Problems they  just do there jobs

about 7am until early afternoon

Very busy from start to finish

always people whining about other employees there idiots and don’t know anything about traffic always talking about getting laid on weekends and lots of swearing

Room for promotion. Flexible hours, but on many occasions clients can dictate the working opportunity of individual traffic controllers. Pay rates for permanent part time staff are award but lower than some recent jobs advertised. 

the rostering is unorganised and could be run better, drivers have to use their own phone and money to send paperwork back.the Utes some off the boards not working, not enough sign's.Management say's one thing and does different.just like a clown school

Can vary from a 4 hour day to a 12 hour day.  Weather conditions play a large role in this occupation.  Best part of the job is that you work outside and can be in a different place every day or the same place for a few weeks.

You can't daydream for this Job .
Always working somewhere different and keeping our comuters safe while keeping our roads maintained .. or events with crowd and traffic control needed . Helping keep our roads safe
