Developing Safety Management Plan, SMS, SWMS, Risk Assessment, Preparing Documents to comply with current Legislation, Keep in good relationship among stake holders.  Conducting site specific inductions, tool box meetings & training, Conducting site safety audits, field inspections and risk assessments.  Reporting on OH&S performance and incidents, assisting with incident Investigations/hazard analysis Ensuring compliance to Client site HSE procedures and requirements, assisting with the overall implementation of HSE systems, strategies and initiatives, Tap Root Analysis.

What is the best part of working at the company?
We apply us a bricklayer but they make us a labourer cleaning in the site and cutting grass over growing

Every the supervisor come he always yelling to you 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
India culture and planting plant and grass

I don’t know I forgot already about that

An individual has to work had. If you are seen idle then the management goes crazy about it. 
The management team is understanding and there is good communication.
The hardest part of the job is to convince someone to adhere to safety rules.
 The most enjoyable part of the job is that you get to learn more because you are always given a duty to accomplish.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I am the only qualified structural engineer over there.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No technical discussion with anyone. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor work environment and work culture is pretty bad

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Site inspection,  design and production of drawings.

The management and the staff were very committed and hard working. The work culture was focussed to drive productivity and get the job done.
Processes and procedures could be better defined and structured.

I have enjoyed working with this company. This company gives the chance to people who are new in Australia to be a part of the society and use their qualifications. It is progressive company and every day you can gain new experience and learning something new and never feel bored. The only negative point is salary's rate.

In here day start 7 am all the labor and truck drivers come to the yard and duty to arrange delivery for them , push hard , every morning have no plane to start the day , every day busy but without plan .... on n on ...nothing is gona change same rules since first day🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨😩

good stepping stone into the industry. would recommend working here if you're new to the building industry. great way to see how things work and don't work.
