Worked here for a while, been in a few different roles.
Good developing career opportunity as there is so much change and so many things to improve and learn.

Although It will take a heavy toll on your mental health and by consequence affect your personal life. There are a few good pockets to work at with good culture.
Other pockets seems like Leaders and Senior Leaders are above the rules and get off unscathed with poor performance and misconduct. It's likely known by HR but they chose to turn a blind eye.

There was a recent effort to improve culture that was great. Sadly it feels abandoned, huge talk and training on culture but when things get tight they clearly abandon their values. Can't say much due to fear of punishment.

The employee turnover in the company is very high and causes of it are unaddressed. Some Senior Leaders either are ignorant or purposefully fake a narrative of high turnover being consequence of the environment and challenging times.

The reality is, the value proposition is not that good. Salaries in certain jobs are below market, culture in certain areas can be atrocious, the only good thing is the development opportunity.

To be fair with the good stuff, some areas are amazing to work at, and great legitimately committed workers that try their best to drive good culture from bottom up. 

Unfortunately, it takes only a few bad leaders  and omission to crush cultural development.

A good indication as to whether a company is a good one or not other than to ask yourself if you would work there is to ask if you would recommend it to friends or family as a place to work.
Without a shadow of a doubt I would not want anyone I slightly cared for to work there.The company is focused on profit and KPI`s instead of focusing on the actual job at hand.The company is very top heavy where the managers and directors are paid massive yearly salaries with office workers and outdoor staff on a fraction of there leaders income.
This place is a dictatorship,avoid it at all costs.

Well orgainsed crews working to provide a great customer service in the water/sewerage industry.  
Visits to the Sewage Treatment Plants (the area I support) is very interesting learning the process.
Managers are dedicated and work long hours.
I work with a great bunch of people all working for the best customer service we can provide. 
Time restraints arranging calendars with busy managers is difficult. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with the staff in the business.

A typical changes regularly with breakdowns etc. I am provided with constant training to do with my job. I couldn't ask for a better group of guys and girls to work with. The hardest part of the job is buying parts in emergencies as the purchasing processes are very difficult and drawn out. As above the people.

Workers are lazy.. and blame everyone else .. very toxic..they literally had a dob your work mate in month for a 20 doller gift card... management and unorganised.. expect the impossible.. and don't listen to workers.. much more.. 

I really enjoy working here. There is obviously room for improvement and an improvement needed to mature the consistency amongst senior leaders. I am seeing this slow improvement but changes in leadership as well as the introduction of new thinking without proper consultation causes a stop/start wave that has its own impacts on the people and our performance. 

All staff were excellent to work with.
I was contracted to Manage Intranet Content and Design.
The hardest part of this position was to learn three new programs.
I created an internal web procedure/training manual and trained staff to manage the web design and content. 
All staff and management were excellent to work with.

I have had the opportunity to work with a great bunch of people at Unitywater. I am surrounded by great minds, and I always feel very included. My opinion is valued, and my work is always recognised. I feel comfortable to approach anyone in my team for advice or help. 

The business team made to bring me on board but lacked direction. After promises being made after 9 weeks they ended my contract with an hour notice. The manager I reported to directly was finished up without any notice.
