High Quality required for all mechanical work. Everything must be accounted for and all mechanical issues recorded for the customer to review. Very strong work ethic among all employees. Everyone works well together and will always lend a hand on any job. Younger mechanics or trainees are guided and mentored with a great deal of care and any issues are dealt with as a learning experience rather than a disciplinary action. (although, some actions will require discipline). Overall the entire working experience is a good one with positive energy and makes you want to come to work.

Really enjoyed the job at the start, then once other staff members got comfortable with me I was immediately treated as their slave. Did however learn a lot of things I never heard of, along with doing vehicle quotes and a lot of customer interaction.

good pace to work with lots of new ting to learn eg. service your own car so you don't have to pay for anyone else to do it. the also teach you how to found the right part that have to go in to the car and how to put them in the car. the company also teaches you how to dismount an engine from a car and put a new one back in.

The company is situated in a prime position, meeting and greeting
a variety of people.
Small company with friendly staff and co- workers.
Management is not handled professionally,accounts are behind 
therefore making business hard to manage.

Unfortunately it is rare to find a good honest mechanic these days. Ultra Tune Kenwick is an exception. They will go the extra mile in every way. I thoroughly enjoyed working here and would recommend to both customers and prospective job seekers.

The Ultra tune shop that i worked at Bullied me and harassed me every single day until they lit my tool box on fire, in which then i spoke to the owner about. nothing was done. It continued until i hand in my resume

Enjoyed just working, but cars are my thing so I was wrapped.
Its a family business so each store is unique.
Learnt to invoice, customer service, answer telephone enquiries and online diary.  Performed minor servicing requirements on vehicles

Minimal support from management . Good staff members are over worked. Poor ones are never fired. You have no responsibility to make decisions as you are constantly undermined
