About 0% toxicity. Awesome boss and good laughs. Lenient management. Everyone helps each other. The customers are actually really nice compared to other grocery stores because of the cultural background. It is very rare to come across impolite customers. They are actually very friendly and strike up conversation. The atmosphere is filled with all students with masters degrees so everyone is of high character. 

I had a wonderful experience working for Udaya and learned a lot.
It is a family owned business which makes it easier for the employees to build good relationship with the owners. 
Moreover, you are free to put your thoughts and advise any changes you think are needed to improve the sales process and the overall store outlook.

A typical day at work in Udaya is mainly in the check out. Managing the cash till and talk with the customer and help them deal with their doubts and queries.
The best part of this job is i have learned how to manage withe customers and also manage the cash till.

hectic workplace, does not appreciate the hard work of staffs, the CEO keeps on shouting at staffs for minor issues, no respect for hard work of staffs. Most of us work because its hard to find the job.

Management has no ethics. They don't follow any process. The daughter's of the owner has no clue about retail and they form rules and process without a base.

The retail  environment is fun and all staff are friendly easy going. Customers are great to talk to. There's always work to do and Management is really flexible with my uni timetable and cultural obligations.

It was the day before Diwali the shop was too busy and there were only less staff members and the manager asked me to help the customers it was a good experience for me to work with the customers.
