Nice friendly people, a problem arises and their to help... good secure job for the right people.. when their busy they will help out and give you more people to help you get the job done.. management are  great and friendly . If you want to do more hours they wont hold you back... every jib has a time frame so expectations are a must... most of the time you have ample time to complete the job...

every day was busy which made the day go a lot faster 
yes there were some tough busy days but working under the pressure I seem to enjoy. 
 
management was good and understanding and were good at dealing with problems around the warehouse . everyone  had good input to make the warehouse a safer and more efficient environment .

the hardest part would only be people due to their attitudes and childishness .

it offered great pay and when we achieved great targets in the month we were rewarded with free lunch .

It involved a great deal of independent research, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. For majoring in Construction, and understanding of the construction industry was crucial. I found this subject very interesting. I have recently been employed by USG Boral as an tranee Assistant Manager and hope to join another company where I can progress and enhance my experience in construction.

Poor culture and a real boys club in management  
Safety is just a tick and done no real concerns about safety as long as the job gets done  
You won’t advance unless you don’t cause waves or bend to what ever the management decide 
Very little input into processes unless you are in upper management 
A very intimidating culture and treat everybody that question thingswith contemt

Hired via Adecco agency, interviewing process and online courses for safety and computer skills carried out by them off site. Adecco are very professional. They decided if good for the job and sent you to work there.

The workplace and culture would be a better place if it was more structured, team work, and opportunities to grow.Otherwise Job work and Life balance, fitted accordingly.

I was able to learn a lot about the logistics of plaster board plus WH&S in a major distribution centre.  USG Boral was a great place to work as it was always looking on how to improve procedures to improve our service to customers

an easy and supportive work environment
safety concerned and personal growth encouraged
all forklifts and tugs are new and well looked after

Fun social atmosphere during meetings. 
Not a constant in-office environment, daily I would drive around sites in my area, making it a free-lance job.

Ok place to work, managers are out of this world when it comes to reality though. The work was fine and once trained is easy to do. The hours are good too.
