Tyre power is one of the best places I have ever worked. The people are very easy  going most of the time. Everyone gets along an work gets done very professionally. We have those day that are flat out an those one that are slow. When its slow is when we get a chance to do the maintenance  done around the shad as well as the cleaning. I don't find that I have any problem or find hard the work that come throw the door. But every now an than I get a bead that is tight or a truck tyre that just don't wont to come off the rim. I all ways stick it out an get my job done.

A typical day at work was stripping and fitting tyres and Wheel Alignments.
I learned a lot of different things varying from wheel Alignments to stripping and fitting also repairing heavy vehicle and Agricultural tyres.
Management was good the store was well looked after.
Co-workers were great got along with them really well.
The hardest part was often we were understaffed and it could get quite busy.
The enjoyable part was working together as a team to good the job done with perfection.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Beautiful workplaces everything is perfect.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Only rush hour and busy days. Even not that much stressful.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everything is organized and disciplined, sometimes serious and sometimes more funny.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Change tires cleaning around bbq at friday’s  try some funny stuff with work mates.

I love working with this group. 

The managers know their stuff and are always happy to answer my questions, the systems are easy to use. The culture is good and the Directors are super hands on. 

There are also really good employee benefits and incentives.

I found working for this employer to be rewarding , provided everything was rosy and nothing upset the equilibrium . 
I still deal with them for my tyres

Postive work environment. Very welcoming to new employees. Good place to start learning the tyre trade. You must be able to handle overtime because you never know when someone will need your help.

Loved this position. Very busy business, slot going on all the time.  A lot of things, people to remember. 
But very rewarding st end of day with no stuff ups.

Whilest I was working there I was made feel like I was apart of the team and I was a part of something and they provided me training in the admin side of the job which gave me the skills I have today

loved working at this company. Highly professional. Great work environment. Great staff and owners. Would highly recommend company to anyone needing work done

Bit of a low paying, intense labour work, was fine in the interview and the promises were not met. Overall fine if you aren’t too bothered by bad upper management
