What is the best part of working at the company?
I would not recomend any one to work for treasury wine estates.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is to many people who think they are incharge of other poeple.That do very little them selfs.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work enviroment and work culture is very poor at best.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You are to bussy watching your back to be able to concetrate on doing your work.

Worked across a few corporates, twe was the worst place i have ever worked and pay was bad as well. Toxic culture, gossip is rife, management drives rules with a strict hammer, no autonomy and terrible management. High performers are some of the dumbest people. You will feel unaccomplished everyday and depressed working here. 



Al typical day at my work involved driving from Bunbury to Augusta or Narrogin to Albany in a month.  Visiting all Hotels, Liquor Stores and Restaurants in the area.  Management are helpful and very good at mentoring.  The hardest part of the job is all the reporting required especially when distance was a huge factor.

I thoroughly enjoy the position and dealing with the customers and the challenge of selling

There are a diverse range of activities to be undertaken on a week to week basis ranging from manual to operating vineyard equipment.

In summer it is very hot work!

As with any work-group, group dynamics is variable.

I would work for T.W.E. again but not in the Barossa Valley as the company has its employees interests at heart but the Barossa Valley Vineyard is a not the best place I've ever worked

Development opportunities are not available for administrative staff no matter how driven or capable you are. Will expect more and more from you but do not compensate you financially.  Admin staff are graded at a low level of 2 when infact complete tasks at a higher level.

Management have no emotional intelligence or understanding of how to manage people to ensure they get the best out of people. 
It's all about money.

There are places in the business that are still good places to be, working for and with good people. But every week it gets worse. The business is trimming down on people that actually perform a function just to free up more money for additional managers. The staff turnover is getting worse and worse every year and i don't see it getting better.

Loved the people, loved the locations, loved the wine (!), lots of external challenges though means internal change is constant - more than most.

Very rooted in viticulture and winemaking, not as end to end in how things are approached compared to consumer companies.

No stability in the management expectations. change in staffing is constant and distracting. tough to keep abreast of what the direction is as focus constantly moves.

Working at TWE was enjoyable most of the time.
Based in South Melbourne, was a little hard to get to & parking was expensive.
Most enjoyable part of the position was meeting & exceeding demands of the business.
Receiving an I'm grapeful award for making improvements to an area with financial gain.
