learnt  keep my trap shut - learnt that some staff are treated more equal than others - that if you want to be a teamleader - you have to cush up - office people dont know everything that goes on aout on the road --workplace culture - if you dont cush up then your gunna be a pleb--   politics is hardest part of job - enjoyable being outside fresh air and free

Traffic Group Australia is a not fun place to work the Operations Manager and his side Kicks have their favourites and they keep getting work and as for Drugs they keep putting these people back into work and it is disgusting and is putting peoples lives at risk. I would never let anyone I know to work for traffic group Australia as it is not safe place to work.

Well working for this company is not all that good , for one thing I had to drive 7 hours to  the job site and was not paid travel money.
Extreme heat conditions ,management are not all that good I've been working for the company for about 1 and 1/2 years and I still have no super paid to me .
So you now understand why I'm looking for a new job

hours were long, pay was good  and the chance to earn .
I learned many of aspects of traffic control and how to work  and provide and balance my family of 3 children

Traffic group Australia  is good place to work ,when work available. .people  are good .I would recommend  them to anyone looking for traffic  control work..

I enjoy my job on a day to day basis working different job locations an varies in work an travel. Good work environment an enjoy the outdoors. Work well with fellow team members day to day.

Questions were never given back, feedback wasn’t there. I loved the long hours (when they were given as l enjoy being physical labour and l made some life long friends along the way

best TC uniform perfect fit
best tools been given, best radio, stop/slow sign
mostly better nicer people to work with
same family and pet get job first, all TC company are same.

Great company  highly recommended was always helpful. Played weekly uniform supplied , definitely recomend.
Work Ute's always maintained management  was easy to talk too

I thought I was helping the state Operations manager out but he ended up just using me for my skills and knowledge. Also management would use you for double shifts and really where was the duty of care?
