Management are scared of developing people for fear of losing their jobs .Terrible culture stuck in the 1990's mentality ,high staff turnover and known in the industry as being blinkered .Micromanagement to the extreme ,arrogant ,uneducated and unwilling to listen or learn to those more experienced .Closest thing to bullying in the work place i have experience with zero accountability and incompetency's defended at a senior level .Worst financier i have been involved with .Management are clueless to culture and try and lead by fear and have no idea how to deal with staff or different personalities .Seniors in QLD are just after people who say YES to whatever management state and if you share an opinion or question the status quo you are on the outer .Promotion is based on "in the click " not performance

Was once a good work culture and environment until new management came in which turned into a more toxic work environment with difficult hours and micromanagement. I look forward to working in a place that motivates its employees and has a good work life balance.

Get to office engage with team, then get onto it, no time for anything just numbers driven leading to people hating their job.
Culture within the team can be good as you have lunch and a coffee together

I really enjoy working at Toyota. It has a great culture, lots of career paths, managers who care & listen. The culture was fantastic, fruit supplied fresh twice a week. Even senior management easily accessible. 

Extremely high volume, fast paced environment with high expectations to perform. Be prepared to work overtime and Saturday roster. Some very difficult clients to negotiate with on daily basis.

A busy and transactional work environment. Wonderful facilities, young leadership team.

Attracts many early career people but struggles to provide career opportunities for them as the head office is in Sydney.

The office is new and the wages are good. There is great pay and staff benefits.

There is onsite parking, there are free fruit and free locker

Nice place to work. Employees are helpful. But lots of internal politics. Few of the employees are really baf to work with. Very less of knowledge sharing. Location of the office is good. 

no workplace culture and was held back in progression with process systems in place not helpful in answering queries that were related to the request of the customer
