What is the best part of working at the company?
The location. It's a happening place.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It gets busy all of a sudden. And if you have an owner trying to save cost all the time, he/she will staff minimum staff(we had 2 staff) and expect you to get everything done. Including dealing with all the orders of rush hours.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's great if you have supportive team members and owners. I guess I just had bad luck, I had the worst owner. Constantly nagging and very nosy,  would get upset with the smallest things and try to save cost on everything. We could only use 2 sets of gloves throughout our shift, 2 SETS. Anymore, then she would remind us not to do it. Would keep an eye if we were using any extra tissues, and would nag about that too. I get it, they are trying to run a business and save money, but we team members were just using what we needed. Trying to save cents, and make us feel bad if we used anymore. You got to look after your team members too. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was pretty chill if you had a good team member to work with you. I heard other stores had plenty of staff so if it ever got busy, they were in control. Where I worked there would mostly be 2 staffs, and being located in a busy food court you never know when it would start to have a huge flow of customers. 2 team members killing themselves. I was just starting, so I didn't know much, there was so much pressure put on me. How much can a new staff do? I tried my best to help experienced team members. And the next thing I know, those experienced team members didn't want to work with me. Understaffing at it's best.

A typical day at work would involve setting up, making drinks and serving food, stocking up on veggies and fruits and cleaning up.

I learned teamwork skills, how to make drinks, how to cut up and prepare food and good customer service.

The management was mostly good but the boss was sometimes unreliable with shifts which was difficult to manage at time, other than that everything was good.

My co-workers were amazing, everyone had a good relationship with each other and worked well. There was no issues between any worker and everyone had a positive attitude and were friendly. 

The hardest part of the job was probably just closing up on time as theres a lot to clean but there was no big issue.

The most enjoyable part of the job was making drinks and getting to work with my co-workers as they were good people to be around with. 

Overall the job was fun, exciting and rewarding first job, its a shame that the boss was unreliable with shifts though.

Working here at Top Juice would probably have to be the worst experience of my life. 
It did have some benefits, for example I was full time so I was very fortunate with the finance side of things, and I had good hours which was 7am-3pm Mon-Frid
You do NOT get pay slips. 
I got bullied by my bosses wife. 
Nothing was done about it, So I was pretty much pushed out of my job, even though I will never get that good of hours and money at any other job. 
I do NOT recommend working here. It's just a really unprofessional business and not a fun and good vibe environment.

Focus on the result of your efforts and skills.
Concentrate on tasks and projects that relate to the position.
i learnt how to make cocktails, good hygiene, team work.
the lack of management was a big issue, also the management was so cruel to the team.
 it was a multicultural team but it was hard to communicate with some, as their English barrier, that was the hardest part when we got busy, but it's fun when its quite you get to learn a few new words in other languages,

this job gave me a lot of experience very quickly with customer service, juicing food handling etc. so Im thankful for that - looks good on resumes and helped me learn faster in other jobs . shift discounts are good but shift life is stressful, can be toxic and cliquey, customers don't want a connection and often get verbally abused.

Under right management, could be really good but you gotta be prepared for a super fast-paced environment.

A typical day of work consisted of loading and unloading boxes of fruits to and from the kiosk and back room. The working environment was highly productive and fast paced, there was always something to do. My managers were often relaxed and calm around me and my team because we were able to achieve the task at hands with spare time to serve customers and keep the area in clean condition.

It's a fun and friendly place to work in, if not for the unappreciative and immature supervisor who goes bossing other team members around. She takes things personally and plans for revenges whenever possible. 
Loved working there when the supervisor was not around to bark on you. Haha...

The manager and co-workers were very pleasant to work with and the customer interactions made the job enjoyable. The position of the store in the shopping centre made for convenient transport to the workplace and provision of all required amenities.

Top juice is basically a store that sells healthy drinks and food such as salads, fruit salads and yogurts. I learned how to take peoples orders, use the cash register and make drinks and display the foods. It is a very friendly environment to work in and I enjoyed coming to work everyday.

The tasks are quite repetitive as an all rounder, since whenever there are issues, staff need to report to the manager rather than trying to solve them themselves.
Cleanliness and punctuation are must-have.
Possessing interpersonal skills is a plus.
