System training - although basic still quite intensive.  supportive managers. Lots of information to learn and fortunately a supportive team. System training was quite tough but knowing the product was the hard part. Best to get a head start and read the fine print. 
I was frowned upon when I raised my voice at a customer which I know well that it is not the right approach but there are times where you just do. 
I didn't enjoy working there because I realised I don't care for car rental but I did learn a lot about what you have to do when you rent a car.

Owner of this company in Darwin is not a nice person.working for him was very stressful and even when you work very hard to get cars done correctly and get no thank you for any of your effeorts.fails keep work n safety in work place and dose not like to fix equipment when needed. Dose not care when other detailing staff don’t check cars correctly eg... tyres or engine for oil level coolient,or cleanliness of car going out to next customer. 

I was the first driver to be employed at the Wembley branch when it opened in 2007, I thoroughly enjoyed my new job there and we had a great team of people. I transferred to the West Hampstead branch and again it was a smashing place to work. Hard work rushing up stairs to get the cars down for customers when it was busy but I loved it. After a while it all changed, West Hampstead closed and I ended up back at Wembley and they started to employ young lads that were out on a mission to race around! The job I enjoyed was never the same again. I so miss the times we had when I started. 

This was a great position as I learned a new career and learn a lot more administration skills although there was a lot of down time.

great team environment, but the hours were long and I would of liked to go up the ladder and help train new staff as this is what I do teach in manageable chunks not just do this attitude .

A typical day, was/is challenging, as the task at hand can change often moment by moment or day by day.
I learned processing and detailing of all requirements of vehicle pertaining to mechanical and electrical awareness and adhering to mine specification.
The workplace culture was mostly friendly  and enjoyable, but again it had its challenges

They have no loyalty for longer serving staff you are just a number to them. After serving for six years and having trained several of the new staff I was dumped due to COVID19 issues but three far less experienced staff were kept on. They could/ would not provide a credible reason for this.

First day of work was very welcoming, loved and enjoyed the company of the staff, they were very friendly and I was able to fit right in. I knew the staff on a personal level. I was able to learn how to communicate with customers and be more confident in myself when welcoming customers

I have worked for the company for 11 years and have seen many changes good and bad. The workload has increased substantially but the staff levels have not. I do feel there is a lot of pressure on the staff now as we are expected to do more on a daily basis.

My job is different every day from driving between branches, delivering vehicles dropping of customers.
Occasionally I need to do longer drives to Bunbury which is a nice change of scene.
Hardest part of the job would be the early start but the best part would be the RSO's and detailer's they are always good for a laugh

Very fast paced environment but generally great fun staff working with and scope for advancing your career. Had many staff outings etc and management great towards staff.
