At one point processing the payroll for 14 different companies with around 700 staff and all different periods. (Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly).

I learned to work under a lot pressure and with tight datelines, but be able to meet them all the time.

The management was great and I always receive the support under the most difficult times such as personal and business related.

Great Finance team and very supportive co-workers.

The hardest part of my job was perhaps at the beginning of my employment because there no procedures and rules for the position but It is something I managed to implement successfully. 

The most enjoyable part of my position is the culture diversity within the company, because I dealt with so many amazing people from different part of the world and the environment was so friendly.

One of the best things about The Smart Group was the culture created simply by the fact the the workforce was heavily made of back packers all over the world travelling Australia on a working holiday visa.

This created an atmosphere of fun and friendship where everyone hanged out with each other every day including weekends, from this competition thrived in hitting the highest sales numbers for the week,

it's very repetitive but its pays the bills.
Management is great, haven't had any problems.

The job had great training for the role of a sales consultant, however, the job itself lacked direction and management. The office had a great workplace culture and was full of your upbeat people, but the downfall was the poor systems used and lack of data.

Working on my own I was generating leads and creating new accounts for customers for a leading marketing company SMART group. My job role consists of obtaining customers energy bills to convince them to change energy company based on pricing, rapport and trust.

we started at 10 o'clock, we did a team warm up. our management team werent the best. i have great co-workers they all made work enjoyable. hardest part of my job was keeping your self motivated through out the day. most enjoyable part of the job was the customers i met everday.

This was the most stressful job I’ve ever worked for. The team leaders didn’t understand how to manage people, they also seemed cooked all the time.
They had no regard for the safety of their staff on field.
It was a very token and toxic cis, het, male dominated environment and culture.

First few weeks were hectic and full on with training and it took alot of energy to really achieve the goal set out by team leaders. Long hours and lots of walking but very cool people met on the job from overseas.

Loved working there. Amazing people, great vibe. Very helpful team leaders. Everyone got along and would see each other after work. I have friends for life from that job. Good pay and hours were reasonable.

Lots of commission based incentives.
A fun young work place.
Very well managed and areally supportive team who provided lot of training.
