Great Working Environment. Worked as a team to attain required results. Great Communication between all employees, Always finding better ways to do things to get a better result, or any easier way to do things, whilst achieving the same, or better result. When i began my career at Laminex, almost all admin tasks were written with a Biro!!!. Hand written invoices, Stock Cards ETC. Through to today's workplace with computers, scanning Bar codes to GPS devices in vehicles. I have had to grow, learn & adapt to these changes over 30 years..The hardest part of the job is dealing with issues outside of our control, but for which the company is held responsible.. EG: Freight Damaged by Transport.The best part of the job is the people i worked along side, all working together to to get the job done with minimal angst..

Spineless backstabbing in epidemic proportions, one spineless coordinator will stop at nothing if he doesn't like you, middle to upper management turn a blind eye, a culture of "set up to Fail" never heard this phrase until I worked there. RST's (Resource Support Team) is a working contradiction. Resource - suggests something you can draw off to your advantage, Support -  self explanatory really. Team - working together one could say.  What you do get is constant criticism, no support, Backstabbing, denial of training/Support, sarcasm, disrespect and individuals in leading rolls with the wrong Qualifications, EG Motorbike Mechanic as a Coordinator and a Cabinet Maker as a department Manager, the Maintenance Department comes under his jurisdiction.The general Manager is in his ivory tower, he only gets to know what they want him to know.

Manage daily requirements as service provider to the production team.
Challenge was to extract info from records and compile accurate information and data of the production /site plans.
Engineering team where all striving for improvements.
Fletcher Building look after the welfare of their employees.
Dealing with equipment that was due for replacement and so putting pressure on maintenance/production budgets.
Learning new things every day you went to work.

Atypical day at work is Stressful. I learned NEVER Trust Management Ever. Workplace culture is " Dog Eat Dog". The hardest part of the job is Trying to get Management to Listen. Enjoyable part of the job is " finishing & getting home and Payday. There is Nothing Exciting about Dumb Managers at this workplace.

Always a good work environment ,good place to work, very organised , up to date equipment. The most enjoyable part of my day was interacting with my fellow workmates, and also my customers. I learned to be patient,humble, and accept my colleagues on a daily basis.

Started at 7:30am finished at 4.
Learnt how to use the hydraulic press
Management was good especially on safety
Co-workers were friendly and helpful
Hardest part of the job was handling the end lengths which came to 8.4 metres at times
Most enjoyable part of the job was having music on in the factory.... and driving the fork

Great place to work.  Learnt a lot about the export trade to south east Asia.

The culture was great with everybody working as a team.

The most enjoyable part of the Job was the working with a varied group of people

I assist all senior management, respond to reception, place sales orders for our supporting stakeholders. 
I love working closely with the people. I have learnt how to manage my time appropriately. 
I feel after nearly 14 years, its time for a new challenge

If I wasn't filling in for maternity leave temporary position. I would still have worked here. Great diversity. Opportunity to travel. Great team work environment.

Back stabbing culture, set up to fail, double standards, unqualified management in positions where they have no background knowledge of the environment they are responsible for.
