What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing. Management don’t value you at all. You are not looked after at all even after you work your backside off. It’s all about profits not people. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Doing your job and not be intimidated all the time. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very bad. Sad really. Management get all the credit whilst the hard workers do not. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Forklift and manual labor. Don’t expect any promotions in this company as they all look after close ones.

i really enjoyed this type of work and learned how to use many different plastic and factory machinery ,was able to get on well with other co workers from diverse backgrounds. The hardest thing about this type of work is it is high pressure ,challenging work environment particularly when the machines were not working and orders could not be filled. The management and executive were approachable and communicated well with staff what was required of them.

Trainings and  interface with dealers

Too many clients to visit per day

Very friendly and mixed with good social life

Take some leasons,  review my previous job and create itinary for the day and move into the days trade or field.

long hours of nice paying job.

night shift,pocking and mixing coke ingretients

Really enjoyed my time at CCA in North Sydney 
Really great Directors to work for sadly many retrenched.
CCA is no longer and very few left from the old crowd. 
Great marketing and events and conferences attended over the years.
A really great place to work and the views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge is amazing ! 

I really enjoyed working here as the training and variety of work was excellant as you didnt get bored with your duties.
I have been lucky enough to have spent time working with some great people in management and in teams on production floor.
My only reason for leaving was a family reasonat that time.

Each day was differnt
lessons learned, able to listen to workers ideas
management and co-workers were great to work with
Rotating shifts was often the hardest part of the job
most enjoyable part, whatching workers grow and show initiative through innovation

hi reach forklift picking also receiving putaways and returns 
i learnt how to use microsoft exel and SAP also.Management was great with whatever was needed.

In my fourteen years work with the company, i learned and experience a lot in management or people handling and a lot of different training. As part of the Marketing Services Department, here was where I learned and had been exposed in different marketing strategies of the company.

Rely very much on foreign talent in recent years due to cost cutting. Numerous restructures and politics in the office. Pay wise was within range in comparison, some smaller fmcg in fact paying more for similar job scope. Not the most family friendly environment.
