Day to day work will be coming into work and be able to multitask as you will be required to meet certain expectations. 
most priority and then continuing with what is required on a day to day tasks. 
meeting KPI's most of all first point of resolution for our customers. 

i have learned variety of experience within BOC. Boc changed me and made me  become confident within my sales and customer service field , became strong within my up selling and sales field. BOC has also tought me the inside and out about different types of sales and marketing tactics and how to approach our stakeholders.
I become part of the Health Care Team which made me get involved with patients, DR'S and physicians. 

working for a multicultural company was one the best experience i could ever have.

the hardest part of the job will be can never leave the job on time, always wanted to make sure that our customers was happy and that the patients got the best option for their health. 

most enjoyable part of the job is talking to the patients and making sure their on the right path to fixing their health. customers satisfaction was the best feeling.

Everyday at work was a busy day from seven o'clock in the morning to five o'clock in the afternoon. What i mostly learnt was fitting and machining in all aspects of engineering especially excersising accuracy and fastness at the same time in any job description.
The real motive of our company was to be able to work under pressure and making sure that  production runs smoothly with out any breakdown.
The hardest part of the job was that they were long overtime working hours which was not paid  although the most enjoyable part was that  safety was practiced cautiously,for all my working years i did not suffer any serious injury.

Arrive on site depending what shift you are on each shift carries different tasks and challenges.

Do a changeover with your relief and then plan your jobs accordly.

Make sure all lorries and trailers are all running to time and making sure they have the right paperwork and documentation.

Deal with any issues quickly and effectively.

Start planning the runnings of the next shift.

I work in a team of 6 and i enjoy working part of a team.

Hardest part of my job is when all trailers and lorries all arrive at similar times and having to debrief drivers and checker there paperwork.

Most enjoyable time is when the team works well together and get results.

I Start early to see what stock had to move first.

I learnt alot about how a good warehouse works in a normal day/week and procedures that are put in place to make it run smooth.

The management was always willing to teach and work with you on a new task and good to work with.

The co-workers were willing to work together to complete all the work that each had been handed and help when you or they have fallen behind.

Hardest part of the job was the part numbers and locations or lost parts

The easiest part of the job was everyone did their job and all worked together

My time at BOC was employed through an agency, three years with ft marine at Manningtree, remainder with per temps.

typical day consist of strip down valves and examine, shot blast, rebuild fitting new parts as required. Test on completion
Never become complacent, a mistake could result with an injury to an operator.
Management were very approachable
Got on very well with co workers
Most enjoyable part of job was the self satisfaction having done a good days work.

What is the best part of working at the company?
NONE AS the current management are appauling

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with the current management who dont care regardless of how yrs you were there

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
just bad and if your not in the clicky group you go no were

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
none cause they dont care as long as you drive out the gate

I have held numerous positions and roles in my working career. Also  have gained a vast knowledge and many experiences within the Fabrication and Construction industries. 

Examples of some of these industries are: 
  Cryogenic Gases
  Oil & Gas
  Mining 
  Petrochemical
  Defense
  Nuclear
  Transportation

This role was very rewarding, however the monthly salary took a lot to get use to in terms of budgeting food, rent etc.

I felt very welcomed at the start, but due to an unfortunate incident where I suffered an injury which placed me on restricted duties I felt pressured to leave.

Not a good look for this Company!

Tons of work to be done in a day. I have learned that patience is really a virtue. The hardest part of the job is learning to manage your time in doing your job. The people you work with makes it all worthwhile and makes working in this company enjoyable.
