Maybe it was just me but the overall atmosphere and team didn't seem to get along and weren't in a positive place.

Atlantic don't even have a basic initiation day, we just go head first and it takes a while to learn where anything is or how the business works.

Might work well for some people but not for me.

As a Planners or Event Coordinators, Event Managers perform tasks such as finding and booking venues, liaising with clients and suppliers, handling logistics, managing budgets and invoicing, organizing accreditation, managing risk, and presenting post-event reports

Good for additional jobs, but could not work continuous due to high pressure environment. Did not feel secure in job or helped, was left to find my own work area at the other side of the venue and ended up lost. Got in a lot of trouble for being late because of this. Was also left packing down areas in torrential rain.

I have enjoyed working in Atlantic Group because the working environment is not stressful and everyone look after for each other. I have learned a lot in terms of organization and time management knowing that we serve hundred and thousands of people every function.

Always good to work in fun environment I always enjoyed .what ever I did my cleaning job they always appreciate my work and always try to give me more hour not only that they used to give me opportunity to train new staff too.

Great workplace, interaction with many different areas of the organisation, and encouragement was given to staff to gain further experience and to spread their wings.

I work major events with atlantic, its helped me grow in my career and I always enjoy working with them, meeting new people and hosting for all types of companies, its a big responsibility

Not paid correctly for the experience and ones age, something that’s in need of a grand review ASAP as it breaches the law!
HR should already be aware of this issue!
